#22 Go to previous segment (Alt+Up) overtravels sometimes
Sometimes, when I press Alt+Up to get to the previous segment, the first segment of the text opens instead of the previous. Or, if the beginning of the test was not translated, it gets segmented, and the new first segment opens. Unfortunately, this happens sporadically, and I can't submit a 100% test case. Will try to find one in future.

Sorry, forgot to mention that I've encountered such a behavior with 1.20 and previous builds on Windows / OOo 2.4 Russian / OOo 3.0 beta.

I have observed a similar behaviour with 1.20b in a Word-document, which was heavily formatted as a result of pdf-to-doc conversion:
when I press Alt+Up to get to the previous segment, Anaphraseus sometimes keeps selecting the previous segments one after another until I press Alt+Down.
