When sending files from i.e. an Android phone, and you leave the phone while sending a large (3GB) file, the phone stops sending , when AlterSend gets to background - not so smart ;-)
It should be able to run in the background, so you can do other stuff while sending large files
Waiting a long long time :-)

Hey @BDein,
Unfortunately this is a current limitation of the architecture. On Android there is a workaround, we can keep the transfer alive by running it as a foreground service with a persistent notification. On iOS it is harder, the OS does not allow continuous transfers in the background, so for now you'd need to keep the app open during the transfer.

And nothing that can be done to at least force hold the iOS window open, so it avoids to go to any sleep or "background" mode, if you leave the phone, while transfer is taking place?
We tried a 3GB video on long distance the other day, that took quite some time, but it succeeded after a few tries, but we had to stay with the phone all the way
