RStudio's decriptor has changed

Bernard,

I noticed that since a recent update Alpha coult not find Rstudio any
longer. As I had also noticed that RStudio wasn't the default App for
*.R any longer I ran

	osascript -e 'id of app "RStudio"'

and since I don't know how/where to put this into ~/Library I patched
/Applications/Alpha.app/Contents/Resources/Libraries/AlphaTcl/Tcl/SystemCode/CorePackages/appIDs.tcl:
