Normally there is nothing special to do to use the internal PDF viewer after compiling a tex file. The mechanism automatically displays the pdf output in an Alpha pdf viewer. If this is not the case, make sure that the « viewPDF » service (in Alpha -> Global Setup -> Helper Applications) is set to Alpha-TeX.
If you want to synchronise from the PDF to the Tex file, just option-click on the desired location in the pdf viewer.
