Good morning Urtul,

I've been talking about for the past couple weeks that the RE market is
becoming a buyers market and now's the perfect chance to take out some cash 
before it bottoms-out.

I'm in the market for a second home in Bahamas right now and I used firm at

it.
It was rather easy and no hassles with them. I basically told them what I
wanted and they did it without any problems

I pressed for time, but I hope that you can give them a look and have the
same experiences I did with them. It's worth the 10 seconds it takes to get
more info from them.
