mariadb is binary compatible with mysql, so mysql support == mariadb support, I guess. But it shlould be mentioned. MariaDB is important MySQL "sucessor". Debian/RedHat removed mysql packages in favour of MariaDB.

Hi ... anyway we can get an official comment on support for MariaDB ?
I understand that for most practical purposes, they are binary compatible version to version as per
https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/mariadb-vs-mysql-compatibility/
But at the same time, in the same article -> That said, MariaDB has a lot of new options, extension, storage engines ...
So just wondering if there any issues with Adminer + MariaDB that we need to be concerned about ?
MariaDB support is not perfect but it works quite OK with Adminer. I've added it to the list at www.adminer.org.
