I am facing a costing problem in ADempiere 360LTS After Completing the Manufacturing Order , In Order Receipt & Issue when Generate Issue I am facing the problem like " Costing method not supported - A " . Note I have installed your cost engine.... Please, give me help.

I have updated customization.jar file but after the updating of customization.jar file I am facing below error
Error:
org.eevolution.model.MPPCostCollectorMA cannot be cast to org.adempiere.engine.IInventoryAllocation

Hi Ayaz!

You need download the last binary costing engine https://sourceforge.net/projects/adempiere/files/Adempiere%20Packages/Libero%20Costing%20Engine/

please take careful the step Copy the patchs.jar file to Lib directory
#cp patches.jar $ADEMPIERE_HOME/lib/customization.jar

This should solve your issue

I have downloaded the last binary of cost engine and updated binary of libero too, But the same error is giving

I already reported this few times that Costing Engine is not compatible with Manufacturing. But they are fine working separately.

I think Manufacturing working only for standard costing method, But not working for other costing method like Average PO and Average Invoice.

Hello Victor

I am in the process of testing Libero CE with Libero MFG.

I followed your steps to install CE. I copied patches.jar to adempiere_home/lib folder.
I also get the same error which Ayaz got while reporting MO receipt.

"java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:org/adempiere/engine/StorageEngine"

I checked patches.jar but could not find a class 'storageEngine"

Are we missing something.

Yes I tested cost engine, But did not test completely with cost MFG. I faced some problem which I have mentioned below.

I checked Patches.jar and liberoCE.jar files and it does not contain StorageEngine.java file for the latest libero Cost Engine Module.

While doing order Receipt and Issue it gives error : ClassNotFound ‘org/adempiere/engine. StorageEngine.java’

I can see this file in LiberMfg.jar but this may be old.

Where can the latest jar be found for this.

  Hi Ayaz and group.
  I'm facing the same problem with Libero MFG for Adempiere 370 LTS and I saw that you were involved on solution for that on past.
  The problem found is the same -> "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/adempiere/engine/StorageEngine" when Receipt and Issue is used. I've tryed update the LiberoMFG.jar as you indicated, but it doesn't work for me.
  
  Sorry for the long time, but I'm trying use the Adempiere.
