#1081 Tree Maintenance improvement suggestions

# Feature Request description
Login as System (System Admin Role) and go to Menu -> System Admin -> General Rules -> System Rules -> Tree Maintenance. Then choose a Tree.

Suggestion:
1. You can see that we can't do multiple selection (ctrl+click) at left or right panel. So I suggest to add multiple selection feature on both of left panel and right panel, because it take a lot of times to remove one-by-one of a lot of menu with single selection.

2. When we adding a summary level menu (folder menu) from right panel to left panel or deleting summary level menu from left panel to right panel, I suggest it's also automatically add/remove the chid menus under the summary level menu (or maybe give it an option to do this). This is to make an implementor life much easier when dealing to a lot of menu arrangements.

3. When adding/deleting ALL menu, there should be a confirmation dialog or disaster will happen if we click it accidentally.

4. Add searching/lookup for right panel.

5. In left panel, add two context menu:
-Add to Tree
-Delete from Tree

6. Add drag and drop support in adding/deleting the menu from left and right panel.
