#2669 Material Receipt can not add new receipt line

0. i found the follow bug in Adempiere 3.6.0-LTS Laura Edition. this version updated in 2010-06-14.

my environment:
DB is POSTGRESQL 8.3.15
OS: WINDOWS 2003
patches:20110728_patches_360_15957.jar, 20101101_migra_360.zip

1. steps
1.1 now, i have two materail receipt document MM receipt: 10001, 10002.
10001 document status was complete and its have on receipt line.
10002 document status was Drafted, and its have no one receipt line.

1.2 first i located to 10001, then , i wanted to add receipt line for 10002,
so, i switch to 10002 receipt line, right now i found i counld not add a new line.
most of the button like new record, copy record, deleted record was unavailable.

i think its will be can not operation in receipt line tab when create a new material receipt document
if prior you operated a document MM receipt document that status is completed
