#2177 Show error if document has no process associated
== Test case ==
If you have a document, but the DocAction column has no process associated (e.g. migration error), when we try to complete the document the DocAction window is showed, we choose Complete, press OK but nothing happens because no process is associated. In this case an error should be displayed. It helps a lot implementors.
