#1642 MLanguage should throw an exception if there is an error

MLanguage should throw an exception if there is an error, because at present it is "hidding" any exceptions.

== Test case / Steps to reproduce ==
I was discovered that during development process when i had a bad TRL table. When I run "Add missing translations" process all was reported as fine. Ok, there were some errors in console but the process did not show that.
