Hi, list. New Abbot user here. I'm running Abbot 1.0.0rc2 under Eclipse 3.1, running JDK 1.5.0_05 on OS X 10.4.5. I created a ComponentTestFixture to test my custom component. My issue is when I run the test, first a small, almost invisible (about 4 pixels square) window appears near the top left of my screen that 'grabs' the mouse and locks it onto the window area. This window refuses to go away until I manually click the mouse. Only then will the rest of the test continue and the component is tested normally (well, almost - but that's a separate issue). I was wondering whether: a) Is this 'normal'? I would think I should be able to run my test fixtures without having to manually click anything. b) Is there some workaround to this, whether or not it's normal? As added detail - I noticed that the window appears even if all I do is extend ComponentTestFixture and run it as a JUnit test under Eclipse. At this point, I haven't created or even loaded=20 ComponentTester, or called showFrame() or showWindow(). Thanks! - Alistair A. Israel |
