ArtCraft-X is an early experimental desktop application for AI-assisted creative work across images, video, audio, 3D meshes, and generated worlds. It is designed as a minimal companion within the broader ArtCraft ecosystem. The desktop shell uses Tauri 2 with a Rust backend rather than an Electron-style runtime. Its frontend is developed with modern JavaScript and TypeScript tooling through Vite. Native Tauri IPC connects the interface directly to the Rust application without requiring a separate backend HTTP service. Development scripts coordinate the frontend, hot reload, Rust rebuilding, and desktop relaunching from one command. Public builds are still forthcoming, so the repository is primarily aimed at development and experimentation today.
