CSV Importer for Unicenta
Program I made to allow me to import inventory counts into my POS.
This is a desktop application that makes importing stock quantities into a Unicenta database easy. This application enables a user to select a file, define a Database connection and choose to overwrite or append the data in the database. If a UPC doesn't exist in the products table, it gets rejected because I don't want stock levels for non-existent products. If the CSV file contains invalid data like 1. Empty lines 2. Non-numerical values in the quantity field that line gets rejected and the application proceeds to the next line. -

Historymaker V1.0 I thought it would be nice to have several versions of documents and sourcecodes stored for debugging and ducumentation, but every few minutes taking a copy drives me crazy, so i developed this tiny tool in Visual Basic 6 to do the Job. On my system i've placed it in the autostart so every time the system starts the program gets started too. You can select the drive, directory and file that should be watched and stored, By double clicking the file gets opened and you can start working with it. The program then checks every 10 seconds if the filedate and time gets changed ... this happens when you click the save button in your application ... and if this happens the Historymaker creates a "History"-folder with in the folder where the parentdocument is stored and creates date-time-subfolders and places a copy of the document in there. ... -
