Bear in mind that this is written entirely in JavaScript, so please adjust your expectations. The virtual machine is emulating a 1991 Macintosh Quadra 900 with a Motorola CPU, which Apple used before switching to the PowerPC architecture (Apple/IBM/Motorola) in the mid 1990s. You'll find various games and demos preinstalled, thanks to an old MacWorld Demo CD from 1997. A runtime built for the 6model object system
Short for "Metamodel On A Runtime", MoarVM is a modern virtual machine built for the Rakudo Perl 6 compiler and the NQP Compiler Toolchain. MoarVM is used by the majority of Perl 6 programmers. Highlights include: Great Unicode support, with strings represented at grapheme level, dynamic analysis of running code to identify hot functions and loops, and perform a range of optimizations, including type specialization and inlining, support for threads, a range of concurrency control constructs, and asynchronous sockets, timers, processes, and more, generational, parallel, garbage collection, support for numerous language features, including first class functions, exceptions, continuations, runtime loading of code, big integers and interfacing with native libraries. MoarVM provides very little directly - and that's a good thing. It is not tied to a particular way of doing inheritance, roles, mixins, method resolution, type-checking, and so forth. -

The Bareflank Hypervisor is an open source hypervisor Software Development Toolkit (SDK) for Rust and C++, led by Assured Information Security, Inc. (AIS), that provides the tools needed to rapidly prototype and create your own hypervisor on 64bit versions of Intel and AMD (ARMv8 CPUs, RISC-V and PowerPC also planned). The Bareflank SDK is intended for instructional/research purposes as it only provides enough virtualization support to start/stop a hypervisor. Bareflank can also be used as the foundation to create your own, fully functional hypervisor as it uses the MIT license, and includes 100% unit test coverage and compliance for AUTOSAR. Runtime code generation for the Java virtual machine
Byte Buddy is a code generation and manipulation library for creating and modifying Java classes during the runtime of a Java application and without the help of a compiler. Other than the code generation utilities that ship with the Java Class Library, Byte Buddy allows the creation of arbitrary classes and is not limited to implementing interfaces for the creation of runtime proxies. Furthermore, Byte Buddy offers a convenient API for changing classes either manually, using a Java agent or during a build. In order to use Byte Buddy, one does not require an understanding of Java byte code or the class file format. In contrast, Byte Buddy's API aims for code that is concise and easy to understand for everybody. Nevertheless, Byte Buddy remains fully customizable down to the possibility of defining custom byte code. Furthermore, the API was designed to be as non-intrusive as possible and as a result, Byte Buddy does not leave any trace in the classes that were created by it. -

JPPM is a packager manager for JPHP like npm or composer. JPPM will help you to build and run jphp applications or write new packages. JPHP is a new implementation for PHP which uses the Java VM. It supports many features of the PHP language (7.1+). How does it work? JPHP is a compiler like javac, it compiles PHP sources to JVM bytecode and then can execute the result on the Java VM. We develop a new IDE for beginners like Game Maker or Scirra Construct. It's based on JPHP, JavaFX, Java 8, and Gradle, and allows to creation of desktop games and apps for Linux, Windows, and Mac (maybe Android and other platforms in the future). JPHP is not a replacement for the Zend PHP engine or Facebook HHVM. We don’t plan to implement the zend runtime libraries (e.g. Curl, PRCE, etc.) for JPHP. PHP 7.1+ (and many language features from PHP 7.2, 7.3, 7.4). JIT (~2.5x faster PHP 5.6, ~1.1x faster PHP 7.0, ~13% slower than PHP 7.4, bench). Using java libraries and classes in PHP code. -

LiquidCore enables Node.js virtual machines to run inside Android and iOS apps. It provides a complete runtime environment, including a virtual file system. LiquidCore also provides a convenient way for Android developers to execute raw JavaScript inside of their apps, as iOS developers can already do natively with JavaScriptCore. One of the newest features in 0.7.0+ is the ability to automatically bundle JavaScript files in the application build process. This is configured in the gradle-config and/or pod-config steps above. The bundling options are stored in the local package.json file in the liquidcore property. Bundling is a convenient way to test and package your JavaScript projects. The bundler uses Metro to package up all of your required node modules into a single file that can be packaged as a resource in your app. If you are running on the Android Emulator or iOS Simulator, you can run a local server on your development machine and hot-edit your JavaScript code. -

This program emulate the Sega's System 16 arcade boards used by many Sega arcade game between 1987 & 1989 like Shinobi, Altered Beast or E-Swat. There is more than 20 existing System 16 games. The System 16 board uses a Motorola 68000 cpu at 10Mhz for the main program and a Z80 and on YM2151 for the sound. The actual version of the emulator emulate many more than the single System 16 board because now you can play with System 18 games like Shadow Dancer, with pre-System 16 games like Quartet II and even with some dual 68000 games like Hang-On and Space Harrier.
