Use any linux distribution inside your terminal
Use any Linux distribution inside your terminal. Enable both backward and forward compatibility with software and freedom to use whatever distribution you’re more comfortable with. Distrobox uses podman, docker or lilipod to create containers using the Linux distribution of your choice. The created container will be tightly integrated with the host, allowing sharing of the HOME directory of the user, external storage, external USB devices and graphical apps (X11/Wayland), and audio. Simply put it's a fancy wrapper around podman, docker, or lilipod to create and start containers highly integrated with the hosts. The distrobox environment is based on an OCI image. This image is used to create a container that seamlessly integrates with the rest of the operating system by providing access to the user's home directory, the Wayland and X11 sockets, networking, removable devices (like USB sticks), systemd journal, SSH agent, D-Bus, ulimits, /dev and the udev database, etc. -

Homebridge Raspberry Pi Image based on Raspberry Pi OS Lite
This project provides a free Raspbian-based Raspberry Pi image with Homebridge and Homebridge Config UI X pre-installed. This image also provides a command called hb-config which helps you keep Node.js up-to-date, perform maintenance on your Homebridge server, and install additional optional software such as Pi Hole and deCONZ. The Homebridge service is installed using the method described in the Raspberry Pi Installation Guide on the Homebridge project wiki. The easiest way to flash the Homebridge Raspberry Pi Image to your SD card is to use the Raspberry Pi Imager. Raspberry Pi Imager will now download and flash the latest version of the Homebridge Raspberry Pi Image to your SD card, this may take several minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection and SD card. The Homebridge UI web interface will allow you to install, remove and update plugins, and modify the Homebridge config.json and manage other aspects of your Homebridge service. -

Husky

Husky is a tool that makes handling Git hooks a lot easier, and lets you run the scripts you want at those stages. It works by including an object right within your package.json file. This then configures Husky so that it runs the scripts you specify. After that, it's Husky's responsibility to manage at which point in the Git lifecycle your scripts will run. You can test any SSL/TLS enabled and STARTTLS service, not only webservers at port 443. Several command line options help you to run your test and configure your output. This Action for firebase-tools enables arbitrary actions with the firebase command-line client. Starting with version v2.1.2 each version release will point to a versioned docker image allowing for hardening our pipeline (so things don't break when I do something dump). On top of this, you can also point to a master version if you would like to test out what might not be deployed into a release yet. If you want to add a message to a deployment (e.g. the Git commit message) you need to take extra care and escape the quotes or the YAML breaks. A normal service account key(json format) or a base64 encoded service account key with the needed permissions for what you are trying to deploy/update. If you're deploying functions, you would also need the Cloud Functions Developer role, and the Cloud Scheduler Admin for scheduled functions. -

This Ubuntu Linux based Docker image allows you to run Nfarina's Homebridge on your home network which emulates the iOS HomeKit API. This is a multi-arch image and will run on x86_64, Raspberry Pi 2, 3, 4, Zero 2 W, or other Docker-enabled ARMv7/8 devices. Docker will automatically pull the correct image for your system. Homebridge requires full access to your local network to function correctly. This image will not work when using Docker for Mac or Docker for Windows. The parameters are split into two halves, separated by a colon, the left-hand side representing the host and the right container side. This image comes with the Homebridge UI pre-installed and is the easiest way to manage all aspects of Homebridge. Automated updates of the Homebridge Docker Image using tools such as Watchtower or similar are strongly discouraged and are done so at your own risk. You can update Homebridge, the Homebridge UI and the Node.js runtime from inside the container. -

If you bind mount in a volume, you can simply back up that directory (which is jenkins_home) at any time. This is highly recommended. Treat the jenkins_home directory as you would a database, in Docker you would generally put a database on a volume. If your volume is inside a container, you can use a Docker command to extract the data, or other options to find where the volume data is. Note that some symlinks on some OSes may be converted to copies (this can confuse jenkins with lastStableBuild links etc). You can define the number of executors on the Jenkins built-in node using a groovy script. By default it is set to 2 executors, but you can extend the image and change it to your desired number of executors. -
