This was originally written in the mid 80s on QNX running on an 8088, with a CBM-64 acting as the console. I have used this on every UNIX system I have touched. Gano was going to be text editor written in the Guile dialect of Scheme, but, is now moribund. Some supporting libraries were completed. The ncurses binding became GNU guile-ncurses. The aspell binding is still around, but, the editor itself is dead.
