tmux is a terminal multiplexer
tmux is a terminal multiplexer: it enables a number of terminals to be created, accessed, and controlled from a single screen. tmux may be detached from a screen and continue running in the background, then later reattached. This release runs on OpenBSD, FreeBSD, NetBSD, Linux, OS X and Solaris. tmux depends on libevent 2.x, and on ncurses. To build tmux, a C compiler (for example gcc or clang), make, pkg-config and a suitable yacc (yacc or bison) are needed. Some platforms provide binary packages for tmux. -

A tool for exploring a docker image, layer contents, and discovering ways to shrink the size of your Docker/OCI image. As you select a layer on the left, you are shown the contents of that layer combined with all previous layers on the right. Also, you can fully explore the file tree with the arrow keys. Files that have changed, been modified, added, or removed are indicated in the file tree. This can be adjusted to show changes for a specific layer, or aggregated changes up to this layer. The lower left pane shows basic layer info and an experimental metric that will guess how much wasted space your image contains. This might be from duplicating files across layers, moving files across layers, or not fully removing files. Both a percentage "score" and total wasted file space is provided. You can build a Docker image and do an immediate analysis with one command: dive build -t some-tag . -

cool-retro-term is a terminal emulator which mimics the look and feel of the old cathode tube screens. It has been designed to be eye-candy, customizable, and reasonably lightweight. It uses the QML port of qtermwidget (Konsole). This terminal emulator works under Linux and macOS and requires Qt 5.2 or higher. Settings such as colors, fonts, and effects can be accessed via context menu. Just grab the latest AppImage from the release page and make it executable and run it. Make sure to install the dependencies first. Once you installed all dependencies (Qt is installed and in your path) you need to compile and run the application. Also, before the building process, remember to install Xcode and agree to the licence agreement. -

The command-line interface can be passed resource criteria like vcpus, memory, network performance, and much more and then return the available, matching instance types. If you are using spot instances to save on costs, it is a best practice to use multiple instances types within your auto-scaling group (ASG) to ensure your application doesn't experience downtime due to one instance type being interrupted.
