Distrobox uses podman, docker or lilipod to create containers using the Linux distribution of your choice. The created container will be tightly integrated with the host, allowing sharing of the HOME directory of the user, external storage, external USB devices and graphical apps (X11/Wayland), and audio. Simply put it's a fancy wrapper around podman, docker, or lilipod to create and start containers highly integrated with the hosts. The distrobox environment is based on an OCI image. A Spotify client for the terminal written in Rust. The binary executable is spt. For those on Arch Linux, you can find the package on AUR. spotify-tui needs to connect to Spotify’s API in order to find music by name, play tracks etc. After accepting the permissions, you'll be redirected to localhost. If all goes well, the redirect URL will be parsed automatically and now you're done. If the local webserver fails for some reason you'll be redirected to a blank webpage that might say something like "Connection Refused" since no server is running. Regardless, copy the URL and paste it into the prompt in the terminal. Running spt with no arguments will bring up the UI. Press ? to bring up a help menu that shows currently implemented key events and their actions. There is also a CLI that is able to do most of the stuff the UI does. -

hexyl
A command-line hex viewer
hexyl is a simple hex viewer for the terminal. It uses a colored output to distinguish different categories of bytes (NULL bytes, printable ASCII characters, ASCII whitespace characters, other ASCII characters and non-ASCII). If you run Ubuntu 19.10 (Eoan Ermine) or newer, you can install the officially maintained package. If you run Debian Buster or newer, you can also install the officially maintained Debian package. Check out the release page for binary builds. Alternatively, install from source via cargo (see below). Make sure that you use a terminal that supports ANSI escape sequences (like ConHost v2 since Windows 10 1703 or Windows Terminal since Windows 10 1903). -

Terraform version manager inspired by rbenv. The trust-tfenv directive means that verification uses a copy of the Hashicorp OpenPGP key found in the tfenv repository. Skipping that directive means that the Hashicorp key must be in the existing default trusted keys. By default, console output from tfenv does not print a date stamp or log severity. Some variables allow you to pass a string containing a command that will be executed using eval in order to produce a prefix to each console output line, and each FILE type log entry. If you put a .terraform-version file on your project root, or in your home directory, tfenv detects it and uses the version written in it. If the version is latest or latest:<regex>, the latest matching version currently installed will be selected. -

werf is an Open Source CLI tool written in Go, designed to simplify and speed up the delivery of applications. To use it, you need to describe the configuration of your application (in other words, how to build and deploy it to Kubernetes) and store it in a Git repo, the latter acts as a single source of truth. GoTTY
Share your terminal as a web application
If you have a Go language environment, you can install GoTTY with the go get command. However, this command builds a binary file from the latest master branch, which can include unstable or breaking changes. GoTTY requires go1.9 or later. Run gotty with your preferred command as its arguments (e.g. gotty top). By default, GoTTY starts a web server at port 8080. Open the URL on your web browser and you can see the running command as if it were running on your terminal. By default, GoTTY doesn't allow clients to send any keystrokes or commands except terminal window resizing. When you want to permit clients to write input to the TTY, add the -w option. However, accepting input from remote clients is dangerous for most commands. When you need interaction with the TTY for some reasons, consider starting GoTTY with tmux or GNU Screen and run your command on it (see "Sharing with Multiple Clients" section for detail). -

bash-completion
Programmable completion functions for bash
bash-completion is a collection of command-line command completions for the Bash shell, a collection of helper functions to assist in creating new completions, and a set of facilities for loading completions automatically on-demand, as well as installing them. The easiest way to install this software is to use a package; refer to Repology for a comprehensive list of operating system distributions, package names, and available versions. Depending on the package, you may still need to source it from either /etc/bashrc or ~/.bashrc (or any other file sourcing those). If you don't have the package readily available for your distribution, or you simply don't want to use one, you can install bash-completion using the standard commands for GNU Autotools packages. If you find that a given function is producing errors or does not work as it should under certain circumstances when you attempt completion, try running set -x or set -v prior to attempting the completion again.
