Tkgames is a site for games written using the powerful tcl/tk language. These include my original tesselation puzzle Polypuzzle, and recent additions Hearts, Spider, Yahtzee and the tooo addictive, Tktk.

SpecTcl is a WYSIWYG GUI-Builder for Tcl/Tk, with sibblings for generating code in Perl, Java, Python & Ruby. It runs on all platforms where Tcl/Tk runs. It is simple and quick to use, yet still powerful when you know your Tcl/Tk.

A very nice MSN compatible messenger application, aMSN Messenger is a multiplatform MSN messenger clone. Works pretty much like its Windows based counterpart. Perfect for keeping in touch with those friends who have not yet seen the light. Works on linux

Wize is a light but powerful development environment based on an enhanced version of Tcl/Tk.

Source Navigator NG is a source code analysis tool. With it, you can edit your source code, display relationships between classes and functions and members, and display call trees. You can navigate your source code and easily get to declarations or implementations of functions, variables and macros (commonly called "symbols") which helps you discovering and mapping unknown source code for enhancement or maintenance tasks.

BitchX is an IRC client based on ircII/EPIC4. It includes many features that are usually relegated to scripts such as CDCC and flood protection -- you can just start it and go. Development was on hiatus for a while but is now resuming.

A fully developed set of DNA sequence assembly (Gap4 and Gap5), editing and analysis tools (Spin) for Unix, Linux, MacOSX and MS Windows.

The NCID (Network Caller ID) project is Caller ID (CID) distributed over a network. The project contains the NCID package and 4 optional client packages. Each package is described at the NCID web site. The Tcl UDP extension provides a simple library to support UDP socket in Tcl.

Tcl/Java consists of two pieces of software. Jacl is an implementation of a Tcl interpreter written entirely in Java. Tcl Blend is a Tcl extension that provides access to Java from inside Tcl. One can prototype Java code using Tcl, and much more.

tkPacman is a lightweight graphical user interface for 'pacman', the package manager of Arch Linux. It is built with Tcl/Tk. As such it is compatible with all window managers and desktop environments. It only interacts with the package database via the CLI of 'pacman'. So, installing and removing packages with tkPacman or with pacman leads to exactly the same result. tkPacman is started using your normal (unprivileged) user account. You can browse through available and installed packages as a normal user. Anytime, you perform an action that requires 'root' privileges, you are asked to authenticate. tkPacman can use 'su', 'sudo', 'gksu' or 'kdesu'.

InstallJammer is a multiplatform GUI installer and builder. InstallJammer is no longer under active development.

The Mozart Programming System is an open source implementation of the programming language Oz 3. Oz is a multi-paradigm language that supports declarative programming, object-oriented programming, constraint programming, concurrency and distributed programming as part of a coherent whole.

SaVi - simulate Starlink, Iridium, Globalstar, O3b, GPS, Galileo and other satellite constellations, modify them, or design your own. Requires Tcl/Tk and Unix libraries; 3D viewing option requires Geomview running on X Window.

tclreadline makes the GNU readline available for interactive tcl shells. This includes features as history expansion and file/command completion. Command completion is provided for all tcl/tk commands and can be extended to user defined commands.
