    TAP — The Aqua Project

A passive planet awaits one terribly impending water scarcity.

...Essentially motivated by an imminent threat in the city where I live, São Paulo, the TAP software intends to connect people who need water to the parts able to quickly provide it, such as water tank trucks. It is the offer of an additional way to avoid houses' tanks running out of water. TAP is sensor‑driven, e.g.: acting when a critical level is reached, providing people with alternative water supply from tank trucks nearby. On the other side, trucks have their logistics optimized, once their status information is shared. It is assumed a scenario with more than a thousand tank trucks, all of them equipped with GPS devices.

    Raspberry Pi based Honeypots

Raspbian with pre-installed kippo, dionaea and glastopf honeypots

Setting up honeypots like glastopf can be tedious and time taking. Pi-pots are pre-loaded raspberry pi images and contain various honeypot clients (like kippo, dionaea and glastopf) and other softwares needed to run a honeypot sensor. A user may simply download these raspbian distributions and write it to the memory card. They can then setup a sensor in no time. Different versions of pi-pots bundle different software required by a sensor. Users are encouraged to go through the readme file for each version to best meet their requirements.

    Code Red Sim

    Code Red Sim

A low-power ISA design and simulator for a 2010 IEEE competition

This is a student project designed to compete in the 2010 IEEE Computer Society Student Competition: http://www.computer.org/portal/web/competition/2010competition The Code Red architecture is designed for extremely lower power environments, like distributed sensor networks. Included is a design of that architecture, a Java-based simulator, an implementation (without vector instructions) designed as a Logisim circuit (http://ozark.hendrix.edu/~burch/logisim/), and more. The name "Code Red" comes from our team name, the Red Team. Since the competition dictated a small team size, our professor split the class and gave each group a color. ...
