    CSSLint

    CSSLint

    Automated linting of cascading stylesheets

CSSLint is an open-source CSS code quality tool originally written by Nicholas C. Zakas and Nicole Sullivan. A lint tool performs static analysis of source code and flags patterns that might be errors or otherwise cause problems for the developer. CSSLint is a tool to help point out problems with your CSS code. It does basic syntax checking as well as applying a set of rules to the code that look for problematic patterns or signs of inefficiency. The rules are all pluggable, so you can easily write your own or omit ones you don't want. You can integrate CSSLint into your favorite IDE to make checking your CSS code quality easy. In fact, some IDEs already have CSSLint built-in. Once you're familiar with the CSSLint command-line interface, the next step is to integrate it into your build system.

    Checked C

    Checked C

Checked C is an extension to C that lets programmers write C code

Checked C is an extension to C that lets programmers write C code that is guaranteed by the compiler to be type-safe. The goal is to let people easily make their existing C code type-safe and eliminate entire classes of errors. Checked C does not address use-after-free errors. Checked C adds static and dynamic checking to C to detect or prevent common programming errors such as buffer overruns and out-of-bounds memory accesses. The goal of the project is to improve systems programming by making fundamental improvements to C. This repo contains sample code, the extension specification, and test code. The Checked C project is extending the C programming language so that programmers can write more secure and reliable C programs. The project is developing an extension to C called Checked C that adds checking to C to detect or prevent common programming errors such as buffer overruns, out-of-bounds memory accesses, and incorrect type casts.

    ChkSem

A static source code analyser for Fortran 90 and C++

ChkSem is a static Fortran 90 and C++ source code analyser. Fortran codes are analysed to find potential problems and dead code. This project allows ( for the moment ) to find useless includes and to find missing direct includes for helping programmers to clean C++ codes. This can potentially reduce building time from small programs to huge solutions. This tool is not finalized and new versions will follow, with a GUI with even more features. The project is written in Java to ensure cross-platform compatibility.

    Constructs

    Constructs

Define composable configuration models through code

Constructs are classes that define a "piece of system state". Constructs can be composed together to form higher-level building blocks which represent a more complex state. Constructs are often used to represent the desired state of cloud applications. For example, in the AWS CDK, which is used to define the desired state for AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation, the lowest-level construct represents a resource definition in a CloudFormation template. These resources are composed to represent higher-level logical units of a cloud application, etc.

A command-line tool aims to improve front-end engineer workflow and standards, powered by Node.js. Feflow (pronounced /ˈfefləʊ/) is a front-end flow and rule tool to improve engineering efficiency., and is hosted on Github: feflow. At present, it has been used in many applications, such as Now, Huayang Live, Huayang Friends, Mobile QQ Near Hand, Group Video, Group Gift, Huiyin, Tencent Myapp, Penguins and etc. With 80+ WEB/IOS/Andriod stable users, the cumulative production project reached 240+. Feflow refers to the thinking of Pipeline and divides work into five steps: init, develop, build, test, deploy. And corresponding to five basic commands: init, dev, build, test, and deploy. In addition to serving basic development workflows and specifications, Feflow provides an easy-to-expand plug-in mechanism for creating a team-wide toolchain ecosystem. Feflow only provides a CLI and kernel. The CLI is responsible for interacting with the command line terminal.

    DEEEP

    DEEEP

Detector of Integer Vulnerabilities in Software Portability

DEEEP is a open source static analysis tool to detect, in C programs, integer vulnerabilities caused by the bad adaption of aplications from ILP32 to LP64. It uses the tools Lint and Splint, and runs over Open Solaris and Linux operating systems. This tool semantically analyses source code. More precisely, it does type checking, data-flow analysis, and it automatically correlates the results of these two types of analysis. Type checking is used for finding bugs on the way integers are handled, and data-flow analysis is used to see if hazardous functions (eg. memcpy, strcpy) are accessible from outside the program. After this two analyses, the tool correlates the results from the previous phases to attain if the data that comes from the inputs are affected by vulnerabilities from porting to LP64, and if these are handled by dangerous functions (memcpy, strcpy,...). In resume, identify if the found bugs

    DiffReport

    DiffReport

    Code Difference report

Often I have seen some Huge Maintenance Projects it is always very difficult to track the incremental files for each release and If we want to do that we need to checkout both the branches and use some UI based tool to get the diff of the files finally we end up waiting in front of the PC for a long time and do this job. In many cases we spend more than 2 hrs/day. The time increases if there are more such parallel releases and at the end of the day 1 developer does it as full time job and has zero productivity. I thought of adding value here. This just gets the diff files. Can be used for Static code analysis like PMD to do PMD only for the delta. The current status of the project is in Development". If you wish to add something please mail me.

    Edge.js

    Edge.js

Run .NET and Node.js code in-process on Windows, MacOS, and Linux

An edge connects two nodes. This edge connects Node.js and .NET. V8 and CLR/.NET Core/Mono - in process. On Windows, MacOS, and Linux. You can script C# from a Node.js process. Edge.js allows you to run Node.js and .NET code in one process on Windows, MacOS, and Linux. You can call .NET functions from Node.js and Node.js functions from .NET. Edge.js takes care of marshalling data between CLR and V8. Edge.js also reconciles threading models of single threaded V8 and multi-threaded CLR. Edge.js ensures correct lifetime of objects on V8 and CLR heaps. The CLR code can be pre-compiled or specified as C#, F#, Python, or PowerShell source: Edge.js can compile CLR scripts at runtime. Edge can be extended to support other CLR languages or DSLs. Edge.js provides an asynchronous, in-process mechanism for interoperability between Node.js and .NET.
