    Swift Package Dependencies Checker

    Swift Package Dependencies Checker

Catch up with outdated versions based on your package dep requirements

This action process your Package.swift file to detect outdated versions based on your package dependency requirements. Action will fail in case there are outdated dependencies. This can be suppressed by setting the input parameter failWhenOutdated to false. Then use the output parameter outdatedDependencies to know if the action detected any outdated dependencies. By setting isMutating you declare the intention to update Package.resolved (if present). Please note that the action itself does not commit/push changes. The GitHub action is looking in the current directory (.) for the package manifest but you can pass a different path with input parameter directory. ...

    gitwatch

    gitwatch

Watch a file or folder and automatically commit changes to a git repo

A bash script to watch a file or folder and commit changes to a git repo. Some programs auto-write their config files, without waiting for you to click an 'Apply' button; or even if there is such a button, most programs offer you no way of going back to an earlier version of your settings. If you commit your config file(s) to a git repo, you can track changes and go back to older versions. This script makes it convenient, to have all changes recorded automatically. If you use an editor that...

    FuzzBench

    FuzzBench

FuzzBench - Fuzzer benchmarking as a service

FuzzBench is a large-scale, open research platform developed by Google to evaluate and benchmark fuzzers — automated software testing tools that detect vulnerabilities through randomized input generation. It provides a standardized, reproducible environment for comparing the performance and effectiveness of different fuzzing algorithms on real-world software targets. FuzzBench integrates with the OSS-Fuzz infrastructure, allowing it to run experiments on authentic open source projects and collect meaningful data on crash discovery rates, code coverage, and bug-finding efficiency. ...

    90DaysOfDevOps

    90DaysOfDevOps

The journey towards a better foundational knowledge of DevOps

This repository is used to document my journey on getting a better foundational knowledge of DevOps. I will be starting this journey on the 1st January 2022 but the idea is that we take 90 days which just so happens to be January 1st to March 31st. The reason for documenting these days is so that others can take something from it and also hopefully enhance the resources. The goal is to take 90 days, 1 hour a day, to tackle over 13 areas of DevOps to foundational knowledge. This will not...

    Consistent Depth

    Consistent Depth

We estimate dense, flicker-free, geometrically consistent depth

...The system builds upon traditional structure-from-motion (SfM) techniques to provide geometric constraints while integrating a convolutional neural network trained for single-image depth estimation. During inference, the model fine-tunes itself to align with the geometric constraints of a specific input video, ensuring stable and realistic depth maps even in less-constrained regions. This approach achieves improved geometric consistency and visual stability compared to prior monocular reconstruction methods. The project can process challenging hand-held video footage, including those with moderate dynamic motion, making it practical for real-world usage.

    I3D models trained on Kinetics

    I3D models trained on Kinetics

Convolutional neural network model for video classification

...The I3D model extends the 2D convolutional structure of Inception-v1 into 3D, allowing it to capture spatial and temporal information from videos for action recognition. This repository includes pretrained I3D models on the Kinetics dataset, with both RGB and optical flow input streams. The models have achieved state-of-the-art results on benchmark datasets such as UCF101 and HMDB51, and also won first place in the CVPR 2017 Charades Challenge. The project provides TensorFlow and Sonnet-based implementations, pretrained checkpoints, and example scripts for evaluating or fine-tuning models. It also offers sample data, including preprocessed video frames and optical flow arrays, to demonstrate how to run inference and visualize outputs.

    dep-trace

gdeptrace dependancy solver correct for pkg or make deps

gdeptrace sorts an input dependancy list or table and prints it, and can do other actions. It's default operation is to act like tsort (1) except that it sorts by pure pkg / make dependancy (tsort sorts by grapical topology: see notes about differences). EXAMPLE: $ echo -e "b e\ne\nc b" | sort -k1,1 | gdeptrace [opts] e b c (b depends on e, c depends on b, e has no depends) (also: e has more items depending on it and is below anything it depends on; in this case the top, all and only by the rules known and given, in order by given where equal) $ echo -e "b e\ne\nc b" | depsort ditto, no opts needed $ libdeps objdump /lib/*.so.* (outputs if missing, load order (deps), rdeps, which are effected by missing lib/s, etc, see readme) $ doil (a package installer/solver like apt-get+dpkg which uses gdeptrace, see doil on Source Forge) dep-trace is now "gdeptrace" to ease packaging compatibility

    DRAMMS

A Deformable Medical Image Registration Toolbox

...Some typical applications of DRAMMS include, -- Cross-subject registration of the same organ (can be brain, breast, cardiac, etc); -- Mono- and Multi-modality registration (MRI, CT, histology); -- Longitudinal registration (pediatric brain growth, cancer development, mouse brain development, etc); -- Registration under missing correspondences (e.g., vascular lesions, tumors, histological cuts). DRAMMS runs in command line in UNIX/Mac OS, It accepts Nifti/ANALYZE/MetaImage image formats. It is fully-automatic --- takes two input images, and generates a registered image and (optionally) the deformation field. More information (installation, tutorial, manual, demonstration, FAQ, etc) can be found at http://www.rad.upenn.edu/sbia/software/dramms/ .

    Decision Table Preprocessor

    Decision Table Preprocessor

Ccide is a Decision Table preprocessor.

    ...The script, ccide, uses ccidew and m4, to process BASIC, JAVA, CC, C++, BASH, QB, VB, and EX(euphoria), source files containing embedded decision tables. Ccide checks all conditions once and only once, avoiding side effects. Ccide checks tables for conflicts and other errors. Input example: //DECISION_TABLE: // 1 3 2 2 | light == $$ /* 1=red, 2= yellow, 3=green. */ // N - - - | speed == STOPPED // - - Y - | speed == SLOW // - N - Y | speed == FAST // ______|___________________ // X - X - | Stop(); // - - - X | SlowDown(); // - X - - | SpeedUp(); //END_TABLE:
