This project hosts tools used for analysis of Gaussian Mixture Distributions (GMDs) which are used for statistical signal processing. The tools are libraries for implementing GMD operations and programs used to analyze properties of GMDs.

Gefira is an umbrella project for various opensource-related projects, usually backend or middleware oriented.

GenAI Processors is a lightweight Python library for building modular, asynchronous, and composable AI pipelines around Gemini. Its central abstraction is the Processor, a unit of work that consumes an asynchronous stream of parts (text, images, audio, JSON) and produces another stream, making it natural to chain operations and keep everything streaming end-to-end. Processors can be composed sequentially (to build multi-step flows) or in parallel (to fan-out work and merge results), which makes sophisticated agent behaviors easy to express with simple operators. The library offers built-in processors for classic turn-based Gemini calls as well as Live API streaming, so you can mix “batch” and real-time interactions in the same graph. It leans on Python’s asyncio to coordinate concurrency, handle network I/O, and juggle background compute threads without blocking.

Here we introduce a Genomic Epidemiology Ontology (GenEpiO) that covers vocabulary necessary to identify, document and research food-borne pathogens and associated outbreaks. We envision various subdomains including genomic laboratory testing, specimen and isolate metadata, and epidemiological case investigations. The project files are currently hosted at https://github.com/GenEpiO/genepio/ . Here we provide the genepio-consortium@lists.sourceforge.net listserve. Terms for these subdomains have partially been implemented in the main file, **genepio.owl**, which imports terms from over 25 OboFoundry.org ontologies. Also we have added a number of terms that so far haven't been covered via OboFoundry. Recognizing that GenEpiO encompasses many domains, we are advocating a consortium approach for enhancing its content via interested parties that need particular domain terminology.

Distributed Crawler Management Framework Based on Scrapy, Scrapyd, Scrapyd-Client, Scrapyd-API, Django and Vue.js. Someone who has worked as a crawler with Python may use Scrapy. Scrapy is indeed a very powerful crawler framework. It has high crawling efficiency and good scalability. It is basically a necessary tool for developing crawlers using Python. If you use Scrapy as a crawler, then of course we can use our own host to crawl when crawling, but when the crawl is very large, we can’t run the crawler on our own machine, a good one. The method is to deploy Scrapy to a remote server for execution. At this time, you might use Scrapyd. With it, we only need to install Scrapyd on the remote server and start the service. We can deploy the Scrapy project we wrote. Go to the remote host. In addition, Scrapyd provides a variety of operations API, which gives you free control over the operation of the Scrapy project.

Gigi is software designed for rapid prototyping and rapid development of real-time rendering techniques. It is meant for use by professionals, researchers, students, and hobbyists. The goal is to allow work at the speed of thought, and then easily use what was created in real applications using various APIs or engines. Gigi is being actively used and developed but is young software. You may hit bugs or missing features. Please report these so we can improve Gigi and push forward in the most useful directions. Pull requests are also appreciated. Currently, only dx12 code generation is available in this public version of Gigi, but we are hoping to support other APIs, and engines as well, in the future.

GitHub Actions Version Updater is GitHub Action that is used to update other GitHub Actions in a Repository and create a pull request with the updates. It is an automated dependency updater similar to GitHub's Dependabot, but for GitHub Actions. GitHub Actions Version Updater first goes through all the workflows in a repository and checks for updates for each of the action used in those workflows. If an update is found and if that action is not ignored then the workflows are updated with the latest release of the action being used. If at least one workflow file is updated then a new branch is created with the changes and pushed to GitHub. Finally, a pull request is created with the newly created branch. GitHub does not allow updating workflow files inside a workflow run.

GitHubPoster is a Python project that turns personal activity data into GitHub-style SVG posters and skyline visualizations. It can transform data from many sources, such as GitHub, Strava, WakaTime, Kindle, Duolingo, Apple Health, ChatGPT exports, NeoDB, AutoSleep, and Google Keep. The project is built around loaders that import data and render it as visually recognizable contribution-style graphics. It is useful for people who want to display habits, reading, coding, health, language learning, or other quantified-life records in a GitHub-inspired format. It can be run locally from the command line and can also be automated through GitHub Actions. Its modular approach makes it possible for contributors to add new data sources over time.

GitStats is a statistics generator for git repositories. It examines the repository and produces some interesting statistics from the history. Currently it outputs only HTML.

GLC generates python code with gtk bindings from Glade produced input files. This is a compile time approach to do the same thing as James Henstridge's runtime approach (libglade).
