FRED is responsible for automatic visual regression testing, with the purpose of ensuring that functionality is not broken by comparing a current(baseline) and an updated version of a website. The visual analysis computes the Normalized Mean Squared error and the Structural Similarity Index on the screenshots of the baseline and updated sites, while the visual AI looks at layout and content changes independently by applying image segmentation Machine Learning techniques to recognize high-level text and image visual structures. This reduces the impact of dynamic content yielding false positives. FRED is designed to be scalable. It has an internal queue and can process websites in parallel depending on the amount of RAM and CPUs (or GPUs) available.

GEPETTO (GEne PrioriTization ExTended TOol) is an original open-source framework, distributed under the LGPL license, for gene selection and prioritization on a desktop computer that ensures confidentiality of personal data. It takes advantage of the data integration capabilities in the SM2PH-Central Framework(KD4v,MSV3d,BIRD,..), combined with in-house developed gene prioritization methods. It currently incorporates six prioritization modules, based on gene sequence, protein-protein interactions, gene expression, disease-causing probabilities, genomic context). GEPETTO is written in Java/Python and supported by an advanced modular architecture, which means that it can easily be modified and extended by the user, in order to include alternative scoring methods and new data sources. Gixy is a tool to analyze Nginx configuration. The main goal of Gixy is to prevent security misconfiguration and automate flaw detection. Currently supported Python versions are 2.7, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7. Gixy is well tested only on GNU/Linux, other OSs may have some issues. You can find things that Gixy is learning to detect at Issues labeled with "new plugin". By default Gixy will try to analyze Nginx configuration placed in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf. Or something else, you can find all other gixy arguments with the help command: gixy --help. Gixy is available as a Docker image from the Docker hub. To use it, mount the configuration that you want to analyse as a volume and provide the path to the configuration file when running the Gixy image. If you have an image that already contains your nginx configuration, you can share the configuration with the Gixy container as a volume.
