    Xamarin.iOS & Xamarin.Mac

    Xamarin.iOS & Xamarin.Mac

Bridges the worlds of .NET with the native APIs of macOS, iOS, tvOS

Bridges the worlds of .NET with the native APIs of macOS, iOS, tvOS, and watchOS. This module is the main repository for both Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Mac. These SDKs allow us to create native iOS, tvOS, watchOS and macOS applications using the same UI controls we would in Objective-C and Xcode, except with the flexibility and elegance of a modern language (C#), the power of the .NET Base Class Library (BCL), and two first-class IDEs—Visual Studio for Mac and Visual Studio—at our fingertips. This repository is where we do development for the Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Mac SDKs. The preferred method for installing Xamarin.iOS and Mac is to use the Visual Studio installers (Windows, Mac). The team also strongly recommends using the latest Xamarin SDK and Xcode whenever possible.

    XcodeGen

    XcodeGen

A Swift command line tool for generating your Xcode project

XcodeGen is a command line tool written in Swift that generates your Xcode project using your folder structure and a project spec. The project spec is a YAML or JSON file that defines your targets, configurations, schemes, custom build settings and many other options. All your source directories are automatically parsed and referenced appropriately while preserving your folder structure. Sensible defaults are used in many places, so you only need to customize what is needed. Very complex projects can also be defined using more advanced features. Generate projects on demand and remove your .xcodeproj from git, which means no more merge conflicts! Automatically generate Schemes for different environments like test and production. Share build settings across multiple targets with build setting groups. Easily copy and paste files and directories without having to edit anything in Xcode.

    cppbestpractices

    cppbestpractices

Collaborative collection of C++ best practices

Collaborative Collection of C++ Best Practices. This online resource is part of Jason Turner's collection of C++ Best Practices resources. This document is meant to be a collaborative discussion of the best practices in C++. It complements books such as Effective C++ (Meyers) and C++ Coding Standards (Alexandrescu, Sutter). We fill in some of the lower-level details that they don't discuss and provide specific stylistic recommendations while also discussing how to ensure overall code quality. In all cases brevity and succinctness is preferred. Examples are preferred for making the case for why one option is preferred over another. If necessary, words will be used. decimal

    decimal

Arbitrary-precision fixed-point decimal numbers in go

Arbitrary-precision fixed-point decimal numbers in go. Note: Decimal library can "only" represent numbers with a maximum of 2^31 digits after the decimal point. The zero-value is 0, and is safe to use without initialization. Addition, subtraction, and multiplication with no loss of precision. Division with specified precision. Database/sql serialization/deserialization. JSON and XML serialization/deserialization. big.Int's API is built to reduce the number of memory allocations for maximal performance. This makes sense for its use-case, but the trade-off is that the API is awkward and easy to misuse. In contrast, it's difficult to make such mistakes with decimal. Decimals behave like other go numbers types: even though a = b will not deep copy b into a, it is impossible to modify a Decimal, since all Decimal methods return new Decimals and do not modify the originals. The downside is that this causes extra allocations, so Decimal is less performant.

GraphQL for Java with Spring Boot made easy

The DGS Framework (Domain Graph Service) is a GraphQL server framework for Spring Boot, developed by Netflix. Annotation based Spring Boot programming model. Test framework for writing query tests as unit tests. Gradle Code Generation plugin to create types from schema. Easy integration with GraphQL Federation. Integration with Spring Security. GraphQL subscriptions (WebSockets and SSE). File uploads, error handling, and many extension points. The DGS framework project started at Netflix in 2019 as internal teams began developing multiple GraphQL services. As 2020 wrapped up, Netflix decided to open source the framework and build a community around it. The DGS framework is built on top of graphql-java. Graphql-java is, and should be, lower level building blocks to handle query execution and such. The DGS framework makes all this available with a convenient Spring Boot programming model.

    dotenv

    dotenv

A Ruby gem to load environment variables from `.env`

Shim to load environment variables from .env into ENV in development. Storing configuration in the environment is one of the tenets of a twelve-factor app. Anything that is likely to change between deployment environments–such as resource handles for databases or credentials for external services–should be extracted from the code into environment variables. But it is not always practical to set environment variables on development machines or continuous integration servers where multiple projects are run. dotenv loads variables from a .env file into ENV when the environment is bootstrapped. dotenv is initialized in your Rails app during the before_configuration callback, which is fired when the Application constant is defined in config/application.rb with class Application < Rails::Application. If you need it to be initialized sooner, you can manually call Dotenv::Railtie.load.

    gitstatus

    gitstatus

Git status for Bash and Zsh prompt

gitstatus is a 10x faster alternative to git status and git describe. Its primary use case is to enable fast git prompt in interactive shells. Heavy lifting is done by gitstatusd -- a custom binary written in C++. It comes with Zsh and Bash bindings for integration with shell. The easiest way to take advantage of gitstatus from Zsh is to use a theme that's already integrated with it. For example, Powerlevel10k is a flexible and fast theme with first-class gitstatus integration. If you install Powerlevel10k, you don't need to install gitstatus. This will give you a basic yet functional prompt with git status in it. It's over 10x faster than any alternative that can give you comparable prompt. In order to customize it, set PROMPT and/or RPROMPT at the end of ~/.zshrc after sourcing gitstatus.prompt.zsh. Insert ${GITSTATUS_PROMPT} where you want git status to go.

    gradle-maven-publish-plugin

    gradle-maven-publish-plugin

A Gradle plugin that publishes your Android and Kotlin libraries

A Gradle plugin that publishes your Android and Kotlin libraries, including sources and javadoc, to Maven Central or any other Nexus instance. Gradle plugin that creates a publish task to automatically upload all of your Java, Kotlin or Android libraries to any Maven instance. This plugin is based on Chris Banes initial implementation and has been enhanced to add Kotlin support and keep up with the latest changes. No need to know how publishing works for different project types. AGP provides an API to configure publishing, java-library too, Kotlin Multiplatform does most things automatically but not everything. This plugin configures as much as possible on its own. An unified approach for all kinds of projects. Some parts require manual configuration and for those we provide an API that works regardless of whether this is a Gradle plugin, an Android library or a Kotlin Multiplatform project. This is especially useful for projects that combine multiple of these.

Inertia.js lets you quickly build modern single-page React, Vue

Create modern single-page React, Vue, and Svelte apps using classic server-side routing. Works with any backend, tuned for Laravel. Inertia is a new approach to building classic server-driven web apps. We call it the modern monolith. Inertia allows you to create fully client-side rendered, single-page apps, without the complexity that comes with modern SPAs. It does this by leveraging existing server-side patterns that you already love. Inertia has no client-side routing, nor does it require an API. Simply build controllers and page views like you've always done! Inertia works great with any backend framework, but it's fine-tuned for Laravel.
