    NutsDB

    NutsDB

A simple, fast, embeddable, persistent key/value store written in Go

A simple, fast, embeddable, persistent key/value store written in pure Go. It supports fully serializable transactions and many data structures such as list, set, sorted set. It supports fully serializable transactions and many data structures such as list、set、sorted set. All operations happen inside a Tx. Tx represents a transaction, which can be read-only or read-write. Read-only transactions can read values for a given bucket and a given key or iterate over a set of key-value pairs. Read-write transactions can read, update and delete keys from the DB. NutsDB allows only one read-write transaction at a time but allows as many read-only transactions as you want at a time. Each transaction has a consistent view of the data as it existed when the transaction started. When a transaction fails, it will roll back, and revert all changes that occurred to the database during that transaction.

    O'Doyle

    O'Doyle

    A rules engine for Clojure(Script)

O'Doyle does indeed rule. And you will, too, when you use O'Doyle Rules, a rules engine for Clojure and ClojureScript. Stop being one of those jabronis that don't rule things. When I was a kid in Virginia our teacher tried to teach us the names of cities in our state by letting us be the "rulers" of them. My buddy Roger said he ruled Richmond. I said I ruled Chicago because I was a Bulls fan and didn't understand geography. I don't recall why I'm telling you this.

    Octokit

    Octokit

Ruby toolkit for the GitHub API

API wrappers should reflect the idioms of the language in which they were written. Octokit.rb wraps the GitHub API in a flat API client that follows Ruby conventions and requires little knowledge of REST. Most methods have positional arguments for required input and an options hash for optional parameters, headers, or other options. While most methods return a Resource object or a Boolean, sometimes you may need access to the raw HTTP response headers. Access tokens can be revoked, removing access for only that token without having to change your password everywhere. Access tokens have access scopes that allow for more granular access to API resources. For instance, you can grant a third party access to your gists but not your private repositories. Two-Factor Authentication brings added security to the account by requiring more information to login.

    OmniTools

    OmniTools

Self-hosted collection of powerful web-based tools for everyday tasks

OmniTools is a self-hosted web application that bundles a large collection of everyday utilities into a single clean interface you can run on your own infrastructure. It’s designed to replace the random assortment of “free online tools” people use for quick tasks, while avoiding ads, tracking, and the need to upload sensitive files to unknown servers. A key design choice is that file processing happens entirely on the client side, meaning your data stays in your browser instead of being sent to the backend. The tool catalog spans both technical and non-technical needs, including image, video, audio, PDF, text, date/time, math, and data format utilities like JSON/CSV/XML helpers. It’s also packaged for straightforward self-hosting, with a lightweight Docker image and simple run commands, so it can be deployed quickly on a homelab or internal network.

    OpenAPI Generator

    OpenAPI Generator

OpenAPI Generator allows generation of API client libraries

With 50+ client generators, you can easily generate code to interact with any server which exposes an OpenAPI document. Maintainers of APIs may also automatically generate and distribute clients as part of official SDKs. Each client supports different options and features, but all templates can be replaced with your own Mustache-based templates. Getting started with server development can be tough, especially if you're evaluating technologies. We can reduce the burden when you bring your own OpenAPI document. Some generators support Inversion of Control, allowing you to iterate on design via your OpenAPI document without worrying about blowing away your entire domain layer when you regenerate code. Ever wanted to iteratively design a MySQL database, but writing table declarations was too tedious? OpenAPI documents allow you to convert the metadata about your API into some other format.

    PHP Enum

    PHP Enum

    PHP Enum

The myclabs/php-enum library is a PHP package that provides an object-oriented approach to implementing enumerations, inspired by the SPL's SplEnum. Before PHP 8.1 introduced native enum support, this library offered a structured way to define and use enumerated types, enhancing code readability and type safety. By extending the base Enum class, developers can create enums with defined constants, ensuring that variables only hold valid, predefined values. This approach helps prevent errors related to invalid values and makes the codebase more maintainable.

    PTerm

    PTerm

PTerm is a modern Go module to easily beautify console output

PTerm is a modern TUI framework written in Go to beautify console output. It supports interactive printers, such as select menus and confirm prompts, as well as live printers, such as progress bars and spinners. It also features text printers for sections, headers, and info/warning/... messages. PTerm has support for visualization, with printers such as bar charts, tables, trees and much more. You can also create custom layouts with grid panels and centered content. It's completely configurable and 100% cross-platform compatible. Our first priority is to keep PTerm as easy to use as possible. All components are similar in design and implement interfaces to simplify mixing individual components together. We take special precautions to ensure that PTerm works on as many operating systems and terminals as possible. PTerm has a 100% test coverage, which means that every line of code inside PTerm gets tested automatically.

    PWA

    PWA

    (WIP) Universal PWA Builder

PWA is a “universal, framework-agnostic PWA builder” developed by Luke Edwards (lukeed) that aims to let developers scaffold progressive web apps with minimal friction across different view frameworks or libraries. Unlike many CLI tools that target a specific framework (React, Vue, Svelte), this project intentionally tries to remain agnostic, supporting presets for Preact, React, Vue, Svelte and even vanilla JS, while offering all the PWA boilerplate you need (service workers, manifest, offline support) right out of the box. The project is designed for speed of setup: you run pwa init, choose your preset, then pwa build or pwa watch and you get a production-ready bundle with PWA features baked in. The README emphasizes that modern bundlers (Webpack, Rollup) and ecosystem maturity finally allow a universal CLI of this kind, whereas earlier attempts weren’t practical.

    PaaSTA

    PaaSTA

An open, distributed platform as a service

PaaSTA is a highly-available, distributed system for building, deploying, and running services using containers and Kubernetes. PaaSTA has been running production services at Yelp since 2016. It was originally designed to run on top of Apache Mesos but has subsequently been updated to use Kubernetes. Over time the features and functionality that PaaSTA provides have increased but the principal design remains the same. PaaSTA aims to take a declarative description of the services that teams need to run and then ensures that those services are deployed safely, efficiently, and in a manner that is easy for the teams to maintain. Rather than managing Kubernetes YAML files, PaaSTA provides a simplified schema to describe your service and in addition to configuring Kubernetes it can also configure other infrastructure tools to provide monitoring, logging, cost management etc.

    PicX

    PicX

    GitHub API

An image bed management tool with CDN acceleration function developed based on GitHub API. No need to download and install, use it online on the web page! free! Stablize! Convenient! Extremely fast! Writing articles with static blogs such as Hexo, VuePress, Hugo, etc., I don’t know where to save the pictures. Deliberately spending money to rent a cloud server to host pictures, it is too expensive and not worth it, and the upload configuration is cumbersome. The link to the favorite picture copied from the Internet will become invalid one day after using it. Using other paid image beds, the speed is slow, the capacity is small, and the time and flow are limited. Looking for a picture bed that is really free, stable, unlimited in capacity, and fast in access speed. So, come and try the PicX picture bed , it is specially made for technical bloggers, whoever uses it will know. Support one- click copying of external links of pictures and one- click conversion of Markdown format.

    Pkl

    Pkl

A configuration as code language with rich validation and tooling

pkl is a purpose-built configuration-as-code language developed by Apple that combines declarative structure, validation, and tooling to improve over traditional configuration formats like JSON, YAML, or Plists. Its goal is to let you write configuration logic (modules, imports, conditions, defaults) while still producing static outputs suitable for tools that expect JSON, YAML, or other formats. Configurations in Pkl are type-safe and support validation constraints (e.g. bounds, relations) so many errors can be caught before deployment. The language is embeddable, meaning it can run inside applications (Java, Swift, Go, etc.) to load configuration dynamically with the same safety guarantees. There’s also code generation support: writing Pkl modules can generate matching classes or data structures in target languages (Swift, Go, Java, Kotlin) so runtime config and statically typed code stay in sync.

    PlatformIO Atom IDE Terminal

    PlatformIO Atom IDE Terminal

A terminal package for Atom, complete with themes, API and more

The PlatformIO Atom IDE Terminal is a lightweight terminal package for the Atom editor that embeds a native shell right inside the editor UI. It provides a familiar terminal experience—shell history, colors, and interactive programs—without switching windows, which streamlines workflows when building, flashing, or debugging embedded firmware from PlatformIO or other toolchains. The integration supports multiple terminal tabs, configurable shells, and user-defined startup commands so each project pane can pre-load environment variables or virtualenvs. Because embedded development often requires frequent command-line interactions (builds, serial monitors, log watchers), having the terminal adjacent to code and the project tree significantly reduces context switching. The package is intentionally minimal and focuses on stability and responsiveness rather than trying to replace full-featured terminal emulators.

    Point Cloud Library

    Point Cloud Library

A standalone, large scale, open project for 2D/3D image processing

The Point Cloud Library (PCL) is a standalone, large scale, open project for 2D/3D image and point cloud processing. PCL is released under the terms of the BSD license, and thus free for commercial and research use. Whether you’ve just discovered PCL or you’re a long time veteran, this page contains links to a set of resources that will help consolidate your knowledge on PCL and 3D processing. An additional Wiki resource for developers is available too. To simplify both usage and development, we split PCL into a series of modular libraries. PCL is cross-platform, and has been successfully compiled and deployed on Linux, MacOS, Windows, and Android. To simplify development, PCL is split into a series of smaller code libraries, that can be compiled separately. This modularity is important for distributing PCL on platforms with reduced computational or size constraints.

    Polyfill.io

    Polyfill.io

    Automatic polyfill service

Polyfill.io is a service which makes web development less frustrating by selectively polyfilling just what the browser needs. Polyfill.io reads the User-Agent header of each request and returns polyfills that are suitable for the requesting browser. There are lots of differing browsers and browser versions in use throughout the world, each one has a slightly different set of features to the rest. This can make developing for browsers a difficult task. The latest versions of the popular browsers can do lots of things which older browsers can not – but you may still have to support the older browsers. Polyfill.io makes it simpler to support differing browsers by attempting to recreate the missing features with polyfills: You can make use of the latest and greatest features in browsers which support them, and in those that do not.

    Polymer

    A Web Component library

Polymer is a lightweight Web Components library that lets you create encapsulated Web Components that work just like standard HTML elements. These elements can be used in building web applications and are reusable. Polymer can be particularly useful when building UI components. Instead of having to constantly rebuild components such as a specific navigation bar or button in different frameworks and for different projects, simply define this component once with Polymer, and you can use it again and again in your future projects. Because Polymer is built on top of the web standards-based Web Components APIs, custom HTML elements made from it are built totally from the platform up and are interoperable across frameworks. Polymer also works across all major browsers.
