Lush is a Lisp dialect with extensions for object-oriented and array-oriented programming. Lush is intended for prototyping numerically intensive applications and is designed for easy integration of existing C/C++/Fortran codes.

xindy is an index processor that can be used to generate book-like indexes for arbitrary document-preparation systems. This includes systems such as TeX and LaTeX, the roff-family, and SGML/XML-based systems (e.g., HTML).

Lisa is a production rule system for Common Lisp, whose purpose is to provide a foundation for the development of "intelligent" applications. Lisa employs a modern CLOS implementation of Rete and is based on CLIPS and Jess.

ECB is a file/code browser for Emacs. It can be used to browse any type of file and supports parsing of Java, C, C++, Elisp and some other code like perl, TeX, LaTeX. All browsing windows are within one frame and they are deletion-protected (eg by C-x 1)

VoiceCode is an Open Source initiative started by the National Research Council of Canada, to develop a programming by voice toolbox. The aim of the project is to make programming through voice input as easy and productive as with mouse and keyboard. xacc.ide is a opensource IDE aimed at mainly .NET development. It has a code editor written in 100% C# code, which is faster than most commercial offerings.

bigz is the continuation of an old BigNum project that started its life as a joined INRIA & Dec project in 1989. The current version includes many fixes and improvements. Although not as efficient as, say gmp, it is very small, reasonably efficient and extremely portable.

This is a Lisp interpreter which will eventually be ANSI standard compliant. It currently compiles for UNIX-clones and the PSP, it has no external dependencies, with the garbage collector and numeric library and all other components being home made, from scratch. Working so far: * Automatic precise garbage collector. * Procedural macros. * Computer algebra library * A bunch of useful primitives. * A fairly small, but useful standard library. In the PSP build, the following additional features are available: * Some primitives for graphics on the PSP. --- The PSP has no decent hot-swappable coding language, and it can't multi-task. Therefore, this interpreter supports Emacs-like multi-tasking on the PSP. See: Several frames+windows each running their own lisp program from a single core.
