    HHVM

    HHVM

    A virtual machine for executing programs written in Hack

    ...Rather than directly interpret or compile source code directly to C++, HHVM compiles Hack into an intermediate bytecode. This bytecode is then translated into x64 machine code dynamically at runtime by a just-in-time (JIT) compiler. This compilation process allows for all sorts of optimizations that cannot be made in a statically compiled binary, thus enabling higher performance of your Hack programs.

    Loglan82

    Loglan language and Virtual Loglan Processor repository

    ...It has many features that make Loglan'82 a tool surpassing other programming languages: * It enjoys a unique safe and efficient system of managing objects, see [[Safe dealocation]], * It offers modules of classes (__class__), moreover it allows to declare modules of cooperating objects i.e. **coroutines** and modules of threads ('''process'''). One can create not only objects of classes, but also objects of coroutines with their ''fibres'' and objects of processes, aka agents with their *threads*. * Virtual machines of Loglan may connect (through internet) in a virtual, multiprocesorr computer. This allows to distribute a computation of a program between processors in a controlled way...

    ngx_pagespeed

    ngx_pagespeed

    Automatic PageSpeed optimization module for Nginx

    ...Apache PageSpeed is an effort undergoing incubation at The Apache Software Foundation (ASF), sponsored by the Apache Incubator. Incubation is required of all newly accepted projects until a further review indicates that the infrastructure, communications, and decision making process have stabilized in a manner consistent with other successful ASF projects. To see ngx_pagespeed in action, with example pages for each of the optimizations, see our demonstration site. PageSpeed improves web page latency by changing the resources on that web page to implement web performance best practices.

    Bat2015

    Bat2015

    Bachelor of Science (Informatik)

    ...We create a distributed system with Apache thrift and the C-API of glpk. Now, it is possible to use as many cores in a network as you want. With a focus on the MILP methods we implement a load balancing and speed up the solving process in a multiplicative way. Sometimes we have super-linear speedup with a small set of hardware. With a splitting of problems, parallel computing and distributing the actual best solution to all running processes we solve CBP much faster than a sequential processing can do.

    meminfo

    Shows memory info about processes

    This small header file is pure C and can be used in any C/C++ program to get memory information about the current process. Did you ever try to monitor a process in a task manager or similar and wondered why the memory doesn't go down even if your program freed all the memory? Then this small library is right for you! It is even capable to observe a difference before and after a call to free() or delete.

    Factory Equipment Network Testing

    Measurement science-based performance & conformance testing framework

    Real-time production information is needed to optimize manufacturing activities in a factory, but acquiring this information from isolated proprietary equipment is a manual process that takes time and introduces errors. Connecting equipment to the factory network can make accurate production information immediately available, but widespread interconnection of equipment has been inhibited by the lack of common information models and methods to measure performance and conformance. This project will develop and deploy a measurement science-based performance and conformance testing framework to enable real-time factory floor monitoring and optimization of manufacturing applications.

    Route11

    Route11

    C++ flow-based metaprogramming library

    Route11 is a powerful C++ flow-based metaprogramming library that allows you to create and route complex dataflow systems at compile-time. Route11 uses Template Metaprogramming to construct complex "process systems" defined by static relationships between "process primitives". A process primitive is a generic host class that inherits a "process policy". The process policy defines the specific behavior of a process primitive. The general term: "process" can refer to either one of these abstractions (I.e. "2 processes connected in series" may refer to 2 primitives, 2 systems, or one of each) NOTE: Route11 was written using many new C++11 features, so it is required that a C++11 compatible compiler (e.g Clang or GCC) is used when building this project.

    C++ On Air

    Light-weight C++ web application server library

    C++ On Air (or "ConAir") is a light-weight library that combines the power of C++ with the flexibility of Interpp to allow you to create impressive web applications with new / existing C++ code. ConAir uses an embedded http server and Interpp interpreter to serve html, and process http requests from within your C++ application. This internal server establishes a bidirectional web socket connection between your C++ application and a client-side JavaScript interface for interactive scripting via the web. Getting started: 1. Download C++ On Air 2. Check out the "example" folder for a demo of how ConAir works

    fmstream

    fmstream

    Read-write access to memory-mapped files on Windows and POSIX systems

    fmstream provides an interface to read data from memory-mapped files as input/output streams. File mapping is the association of a file's contents with a portion of the virtual address space of a process. The system creates a file mapping object (also known as a section object) to maintain this association. A file view is the portion of virtual address space that a process uses to access the file's contents. File mapping allows the process to use both random input and output (I/O) and sequential I/O. It also allows the process to work efficiently with a large data file, such as a database, without having to map the whole file into memory. ...

    Linear Program Solver

    Linear Program Solver

    Solve linear programming problems

    ...The main features of LiPS are: ● LiPS is based on the efficient implementation of the modified simplex method that solves large scale problems. ● LiPS provides not just an answer, but a detailed solution process as a sequence of simplex tables, so you can use it for studying/teaching linear programming. ● LiPS gives sensitivity analysis procedures, which allow us to study the behaviour of the model when you change its parameters, including: analysis of changes in the right sides of constraints, analysis of changes in the coefficients of the objective function, analysis of changes in the column/row of the technology matrix. ...

    Bug Finder

    Bug Finder

    A real Win32 extensible passive debugger

    This project born a few years ago when I encountered a fatal bug on a production environment, unfortunately not replicable on my development machine. I spent many time finding a solution, using also freeware and commercial third-party tools and libraries, but none helped me because the bug crashed the process, and no of the above tools could be able to catch the exception before the process dying. Also, it was not possible to install a development environment onto the production machines, so the only solution was to develop a debugger which didn't need any user/developer interaction. I used many open source resources, then I decided to make the Bug Finder an open source project. ...
