Since it's Open Source (<2000 lines of Python code) you can make your own changes. It runs from the command line and should run on any (MS WIndows, Linux/Unix/Mac OSX) platform running Python 3. A non-Python MS Windows pre-compiled Popppy executable/binary is included for those who just want to run it without having the bother of installing Python 3.x or not wanting to change the source code. -

This MATLAB-based repository contains implementations of quadrotor control systems, path planning, and trajectory optimization algorithms developed as part of an advanced robotics course at the University of Pennsylvania. It includes PD controllers, path planning via Dijkstra and A* algorithms, and trajectory optimization (minimum snap/acceleration). Run code: change trajectories in file control/runsim.m and run. ...By default, the class "GeneticCode" generates alternative genetic codes, with the reqirement of block structure, and, optionally, with the assumption of stereochemical or biosynthetic models (to impose the assumption of the adaptive model, simply filter the codes using the error_cost() function). See Appendix in Makukov & shCherbak (2017) for the description of the algorithm. The code requires Qt 5. To compile the provided example, run 'qmake' to produce the Makefile, and then run 'make' to compile the executable file. License: Public Domain. -
