LINE is an open-source software package to analyze queueing models via analytical methods and simulation. The solver is available for Java/Kotlin, MATLAB, and Python. LINE features algorithms for the solution of open queueing systems (e.g., M/M/1, M/M/k, M/G/1, ...), open and closed queueing networks, and layered queueing networks. Additional details are available on the project website: http://line-solver.sf.net.
ASALI is an open-source code for chemical engineers
Do you work with chemical reactors? Are you curious about them? ASALI is the open-source code that you are looking for. Chemical reactor models, transport/thermodynamic properties of gases, equilibrium calculations. ASALI couples all these features with an user friendly graphical interface. Modeling chemical reactors has never been so easy.
The Systems Biology Format Converter (SBFC) is a Java generic framework aiming to translate any systems biology model format into another.
The SBFC Web Site providing detailed feature description and instructions for installing, using and developing new modules is: http://sbfc.sourceforge.net/ .
Currently, SBFC allows the user to convert SBML models into the formats: BioPax, Matlab, Octave, XPP, DOT, and SBGN.
The Development System for Auditory Modelling (DSAM) is a computational library designed specifically for producing simulations of the auditory system. It brings together many established auditory models within a flexible programming platform.
