    Minsky

    Minsky

    System dynamics program with additional features for economics

    Minsky brings system dynamics and monetary modelling to economics. Models are defined using flowcharts on a drawing canvas (as are Matlab's Simulink, Vensim, Stella, etc). Minsky's unique feature is the "Godley Table", which uses double entry bookkeeping to generate stock-flow consistent models of financial flows. Minsky is good for demonstrating mathematics too, with the most "math-like" interface in system dynamics. Sign up to Minsky's Patreon page (for as little as $1 a month) at https://www.patreon.com/Ravelation/. This creates a user community, which SourceForge doesn't facilitate.

    octave-ocl

    OpenCL support for GNU Octave

    The Package is installable in GNU Octave and offers OpenCL support for parallelization of numerical computations. It is most effective for computations which are based on large vectors or n-dimensional arrays of numbers, and mostly (but not limited to) identical element-wise operations. The user can select which available OpenCL hardware and drivers are to be used. The Package offers new numeric data types with many built-in operations (e.g., overloaded operators). It is flexibly extendible by user-written OpenCL C programs. ...

    DiSyIde

    IDE for modeling and simulating discrete systems

    ...DiSyMo enables users to intuitively design discrete system models using block diagrams, incorporating a wide range of elements such as adders, integrators, delay blocks, and other components. These models are then seamlessly transferred to DiSySi, the Discrete Systems Simulator, which facilitates real-time simulation and interactive control. Users can manipulate input signals and observe output signals using interfaces designed to emulate electronic device panels.

    The FMI++ Library

    The FMI++ Library

    A High-level Utility Package for FMI-based Software Development

    ...On the other hand, such a low-level approach implies several prerequisites a simulation tool has to fulfill in order to be able to utilize such an FMI component. The FMI++ library addresses this problem for models and tools with interfaces according to the FMI specification by providing high-level functionalities, which ease the handling and manipulation of such models and tools. Furthermore, the FMI++ library provides utilities to implement FMI-compliant interfaces for a large class of simulation tools. The FMI++ library intends to bridge the gap between the basic FMI specifications and the typical requirements of simulation tools. It is distributed using a BSD-like license.

     VASPMO

    VASPMO

    Visualization of wavefunctions calculated by VASP (New release: v0.41)

    VASPMO aims at visualizing wavefunctions (or molecular orbitals) from VASP calculations. It reads VASP's output files PROCAR and CONTCAR, and exports an *.out file in Gaussian's output format, which can be visualized by many popular visualization tools, such as JMol, Molekel, Chemcraft, Gabedit and Molden, etc. These tools can further generate *.cube files, which can be visualized by an even wider range of softwares. 读入VASP计算得到的PROCAR和CONTCAR文件,输出Gaussian结果文件。该文件能够被常用的量子化学可视化软件(如Molekel、Chemcraft、Gabedit、Molden和JMol等)读取,进而绘制和观看体系的分子轨道。...

    C++QED

    C++QED

    A framework for simulating open quantum dynamics

    ...The basic idea is to allow users to build arbitrarily complex interacting quantum systems out of free subsystems and interactions (elements), and simulate their time evolution with a number of available time-evolution drivers. C++QEDv2 specifies a small grammar to describe composite quantum systems. Apart from providing a number of elements out of the box, there are tools which facilitate the implementation of new elements. These are being added continuously, as the need arises. The principal concept of the design of C++QEDv2 is that all information available at compile time should be processed as such, with the help of TMP. The framework is very sensitive to performance both in computer resources and coding/design.

    KMC-KaiC

    KMC-KaiC

    Kinetic Monte Carlo simulation of the in-vitro Kai Circadian clock

    This code is a dedicated Kinetic Monte Carlo (KMC) algorithm which simulates a model of the post-translational Kai circadian clock. The code allows you to simulate the Kai system at the level of individual KaiC hexamers and monomers and explicitly tracks the turnover of every ATP nucleotide. Apart from ATP hydrolysis, all reactions obey detailed balance. The application of the code is described in our article titled "A Thermodynamically consistent model of the post-translational Kai circadian clock", which is freely available at the open access journal PLOS Computational Biology: https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1005415 *UPDATE* We made a fully reversible version of our model, including the inverse reactions for ATP hydrolysis. ...

    RAtom

    solves nonlinear Kohn-Sham equation for the neutral atom.

    ...High order Gauss quadratures are applied in order to obtain the total energy of atom with absolut accuracy of 1E-6 hartree. Disctretization leads to generalized eigenvalue problem, which is solved by procedures from LAPACK libraries. The program is implemented in C++, it runs as a single thread. The implemented algorithm is described in the following papers: 1. Z. Romanowski, "Adaptive solver of a Kohn-Sham equation for an atom", Modelling Simul. Mater. Sci. Eng. vol. 17, 045001 (2009) 2. Z.
