ePnR is an IC block standard cell placement & routing tool
ePnR is a simple Integrated Circuit (IC) block standard cell placement & routing tool. ePnR currently supports only circuit blocks using equal height standard cells arranged in one or more channels of user configurable length. Standard cells are described in a simple text based library (compliant with eLogSim). Placement follows initially the cell call order in the SPICE like circuit input netlist. However, a placement optimization, aiming at minimum weighted accumulated wire length, by simulated annealing is available. Routing consists of channel routing as first step. If un-routed connections are left, Maze routing can (optionally) be applied. ePnR does not guarantee completely finished routing. However, un-routed connections will be left with rubberband connections and marked start and end points for subsequent manual routing using a third party layout editor. ePnR outputs in CIF 2.0 and GDS stream format readable by e.g. the free KLayout editor. -

This is the JEDEC and Source for both a Dual 7-Segment Hexadecimal and a Single 7-Segment Hexadecimal Display Driver using GAL22V10 and GAL16V8 PLDs. The driver uses a clocked input to multiplex the displays, so that one display is lit when the clock is high, and the other when the clock is low. With a fast enough clock speed the two displays both appear to be displayed at the same time. The code is written for WinCUPL. ...While being a truly excellent utility (as all of SysInternals stuff is), it falls short -- at least for me -- for a couple of reasons: 1) It does filename pattern matching. I need it to do exact file matches with partial input. For example, when I'm in the C:\TMP directory, and I'm checking on a file named 'out.dat', I want it to see if the file C:\TMP\OUT.DAT is being used without having to type the full path in. I think even if you type in the full path for handle.exe, it will still do pattern matching. 2) Handle.exe seems to always exit 0. For scripting purposes, I need it to exit 1 if the file is not being used, but 0 if it is. ... -

It's default operation is to act like tsort (1) except that it sorts by pure pkg / make dependancy (tsort sorts by grapical topology: see notes about differences).
