    Euler Pole Calculator (EPC)

    Euler Pole Calculator (EPC)

A Matlab software to estimate Euler pole parameters

The EPC software calculates velocities for any points located on the earth’s surface given the Euler pole parameters and estimates the Euler pole parameters given the observed velocities of a set of sites located on a tectonic plate. Since version 2, the software is able to estimate or apply the Plate Translation Rates, as well. Please cite one of the following papers when you use the software: - Goudarzi, M A, Cocard, M, and Santerre, R. 2014."

    OpenGL Mathematics

    OpenGL Mathematics

Highly Optimized Graphics Math (glm) for C

...OpenGL-related functions are dropped to make this lib platform/third-party independent. Make sure you have the latest version and feel free to report bugs, troubles. Euler angles was implemented in reverse order (extrinsic) it was fixed, now they are intrinsic. Make sure that you have the latest version. vec4 and mat4 variables must be aligned. (There will be unaligned versions later). cglm doesn't alloc any memory on heap. So it doesn't provide any allocator. You should alloc memory for out parameters too if you pass pointer of memory location.

    IntegralOs

    Numerical integration

Build a mathematical model of a differential equation, using building blocks like integrator, addition, functions and output pens. Chose an integration method: Euler, Trapez or Simpson. Specify calculation parameter, like time step, end time etc. Run the model and output the results as chart or as CSV file. For example the Lorenz equations can be calculated in 3 000 000 integration steps in 63 seconds. Please refer to the screenshots.

    Virtual Laboratory Environment

    Virtual Laboratory Environment

A multi-modeling and simulation environment to study complex systems

...VLE provides a complete set of C++ libraries, called VFL (VLE Foundation Libraries), to develop DEVS models, to gets results of simulations, to launch simulation on cluster. The models can be developed with the DEVS formalism or with the classical mathematical formalism: Ordinary Differential Equation with Euler, Range-Kutta or QSS integrator, Finite state automaton (FDDEVS, UML State chart, Hybrid Petri net). The VLE environment provides an IDE to develop C++ models, DEVS coupled models. VLE have also three ports to use the VFL with Python, Java and R programming languages.

    Matlab/Octave Rotations Library

    Matlab/Octave Rotations Library

Library for working with 3D rotations in Matlab/Octave

The Matlab/Octave rotations library is a collection of functions, bundled as m-scripts, that address computations and numerical handling of rotations in 3D Euclidean space. The rotation representations that are supported are rotation matrices (Rotmat), Quaternions (Quat), intrinsic ZYX Euler angles (Euler), fused angles (Fused) and tilt angles (Tilt). Operations such as composition, inversion, ZYX yaw extraction, fused yaw extraction, random generation, equality detection, vector rotation and much more have been implemented for each rotation representation. Tilt vector addition and the relative and absolute tilt phase spaces are also supported. ...

    Rotations Conversion Library

    Rotations Conversion Library

Library for working with 3D rotations in C++

The Rotations Conversion Library (RCL) is a collection of C++ functions that address common computations and numerical handling of rotations in 3D Euclidean space, including support for rotation matrices (`Rotmat`), Quaternions (`Quat`), intrinsic ZYX Euler angles (`Euler`), fused angles (`Fused`) and tilt angles (`Tilt`). In addition to the core competency of being able to convert between each of the representations, operations such as inversion, ZYX yaw extraction, fused yaw extraction, renormalisation, equality detection, vector rotation and much more have been implemented. Unit tests for each function are provided to ensure that the library performs exactly as it should. ...

    CurvatureFilter

    CurvatureFilter

Curvature Filters are efficient solvers for Variational Models

...However, the GC filter is slightly modified. Please cite the following papers if you use a curvature filter in your work. Traditional solvers, such as gradient descent or Euler Lagrange Euqation, start at the total energy and use diffusion scheme to carry out the minimization. When the initial condition is the original image, the data fitting energy always increases while the regularization energy always reduces during the optimization. Thus, regularization energy must be the dominant part since the total energy has to decrease. ...

    Glycosylation Microviewer

    Glycosylation Microviewer

An application create, simulate and adjust N-linked glycosylation.

...The model used in the application is based on two significant papers: 1.1997 Pablo Umana, James E.Bailey A Mathematical Model of N-linked Glycoform Biosynthesis. 2.2005 Frederick J.Krambeck, Michael J.Betenbaugh A Mathematical Model of N-linked Glycosylation. The application allow to simulate the network in dynamic form with various ODE solvers(Euler, Runge-Kutta etc). Genetic Algorithm is used to adjust the kinetic parameters of Michaelis-Menten equations in glycosylation reaction network. A dynamic plot is supplied to show the value of mole amout and mole fraction of various glycoform. Thanks to Alexey Balakin and Alessandro Presta. Alexey Balakin supply mathgl(https://sourceforge.net/projects/mathgl) that make the implementation of dynamic plot in this application easily. ...
