...Most of them include example code on how the libraries can be used. Furthermore, this repository contains a few stand-alone applications. For bugs in the libraries, please fill in an issue in Github as that makes it far easier to track them. If possible provide a minimal code snippet that exposes the bug. Add information about the platform used and version etc. Also, proposals for solutions are welcome. For improvements and changes, please provide a pull request. I will try to follow up on them asap but it can take quite some time. Please try to be generic in your improvements and try to see "over the needs of your own application". -

33 starts out to gather topographic information to compare different locations on key measures like Height Above Sea Level, Geographical Latitude, Aspect (ST_Aspect), Slope (ST_Slope), Terrain Ruggedness Index (TRI, ST_TRI/ST_Roughness), Topographic Position Index (TPI, ST_TPI), or Hill Shade (ST_HillShade). This is a toolbox (software library) for computing with matrices of Clifford algebra multivectors in MATLAB. It is designed to handle numerical computations with matrices as far as these are defined for matrices of multivectors. However, novel microbial communities extend far beyond the coverage of reference databases and de novo metagenome assembly from complex microbial communities still remains a great challenge. Here we present a novel experimental and bioinformatic framework, metaSort, for effective construction of bacterial genomes from metagenomic samples.
