This is a Gujarati stemmer in Java. Stemming is a process in which affixes are removed form the root word (stem). It relates morphological variant words to corresponding common root. However, the instruction will be written in a different color than the requested selection. So if the prompt says "Green Sphere" the color of the wording will bee any color other than "green". The design of appropriate PCR-based assays is a complex task, especially when conserved discriminating polymorphisms are rare or if the number of types which need to be differentiated is high.
