JAIS is a completely object oriented designed, Java implemented RoboCup Agent including visualisation of the world model.

Japrosim is a java library for both discrete event and continuous simulation. GUI for modeling and automatic code generation are offered. An explanation module is integrated. Models are described in XML and owl for interoperability.

JARep is a reporting tool for application performance data, extracted from a performance measuring tool like JAMon API. The data is then stored in a database. Via a webapp or a Swing application you can view the performance over time. See SVN source.

JAS-mine is a Java platform that aims at providing a unique simulation tool for discrete-event simulations, including agent-based and microsimulation models. With the aim to develop large-scale, data-driven models, the main architectural choice of JAS-mine is to use whenever possible standard, open-source tools already available in the software development community. It has built-in utilities for communicating with an underlying relational database. In addition, the platform provides standard tools which are frequently used both in agent-based modelling and dynamic microsimulations, like design of experiments (DOE), run-time monitoring and visualization with plots and graphs (GUI), I/O communication and statistical analysis. JBernstein is a tool implemented in Java that enables to check whether a polynomial constraint holds for all variables within their domain. It is mainly used in the verification or synthesis of cyber-physical systems where the system model is nonlinear. The tool also supports specifications in assume-guarantee style. The underlying algorithm is based on a translation to Bernstein polynomials, and several optimization techniques are implemented to ensure efficiency. Concerning performance, the tool enables to check all examples in the PVS Bernstein testsuite within a second, which can be an order of magnitude faster than some other tools such as QEPCAD or REDLOG. Although JBernstein uses double, it offers automatic error-estimation capabilities (experimental) so that the generated result is correct (the solver may return unknown when the error-estimate is too large)

JBoost is a simple, robust system for classification. JBoost contains implementations of several boosting algorithms in an alternating decision tree framework. In addition, JBoost provides extensible software for adding more learning algorithms.

This plugin gives us the ability to integrate JBoss 3.0.x with Jetty 4.x into IDEA. The objective is to have an easy way to test and deploy web apps. Future versions of the plugin will support the combo of JBoss/Tomcat.
