OFELI (Object Finite Element LIbrary) is a library of finite element C++ classes for multipurpose development of finite element software. It is intended for teaching, research and industrial developments as well.

The ADG library (Automatic Drawing Generation) is a set of functions focused on automating the drawing of mechanical parts. It is not a CAD system but a GObject-based library where a custom application can put common CAD entities such as paths, hatches and dimensions, to automatically create technical drawings. A demo application is provided in order to show the capabilities of the canvas. Although it is possible to interact with the library directly in C (that is what the adg-demo program is doing), the canvas is expected to be used from higher level languages, much in the same way as what done in the GNOME stack. Lua bindings based on LGI are already provided out of the box. The adg-lua project, downloadable from the "Files" section, provides Lua programs and demos that leverages these bindings.

SoftDash PC allows realtime control of the Connect2Car MFC controller unit installed in a vehicle. Softdash PC can communicate with the MFC hardware either via a serial connection or a Bluetooth Connection. This project allows for open ended expansion.

kradview is a viewer of images obtained for some different sources: X-ray, NMR and all DICOM-compatible imaging devices. Its aim is to be a complete platform for medical imaging and image processing.

networks.tb is a suite designed for analyzing socio-semantic networks, in a dynamic framework. It also features tools for computing Galois Lattices in such networks and importing MedLine bibliographical databases.

DAT_Analyzer (DANA) is fully automated tool for analyzing dopamine transporter PET. DANA utilizes coregistration and spatial normalization functions in SPM8 and therefore requires MATLAB 7.1 (or higher) and SPM8 in 64bit environment with more than 8 GB RAM. MAC OSX OS is recommended. It includes various custom templates for conventional MR, DARTEL MR, two type of CT, and ligand specific PET and also includes various types of striatal subregional VOI templates. It supports five types of spatial normalization methods. (This project will be uploaded soon. It's now under construction.)

Eirik is a tool for exploring large data sets, by using statistical analyses and multiple linked visualizations for data reduction. It relies on R, QT4 and OpenGL. Developed as part of AstroGrid/VOTech, Eirik uses Ice and xmlrpc for distributed computing.

ElicitN uses R and a tcltk gui interface for eliciting a number from an appropriate expert. The code has been modified from it's original version designed specifically for eliciting the number of species on coral reefs from expert taxonomists. GoIFISH has been developed for the analysis of IFISH (Immunofluorescence + Fluorescence in situ Hybridisation) images, performing nuclear, membrane and spot detection. Users can manually edit segmentation results, perform background adjustments, construct heatmaps, topology maps, and perform cell classification. All results can be exported for further analysis. GoIFISH has been developed in MATLAB, however binaries are provided to run the program outside of the MATLAB environment. Source code is also available for download.
