Dark Master - Fork
Fork of Dark Master and allows astrophotographers to match dark frames
This is a fork of the longer unmaintained Project "Dark Master" which still can be found here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/darkmaster/ Dark Master allows astrophotographers to quickly match dark frames to light frames based on temperature. The inputs to Dark Master are the directories to the light images and dark images. The output is a DeepSkyStacker file list. Updates for the fork: - Sorting of files: Via a pattern you can determine, how the groups and images processed by DarkMaster are saved in a directory. This allows to quickly build a library out of unsorted Darks, that also contains sensor temp information. - Fixes for exposure times <1s, which lead to exceptions in DarkMaster v1.15 -

Moon panorama 360
Software to restore cyclorama (360 deg. panorama) from photos
...It was specially designed to restore panoramas obtained by Apollo missions in 1969-1972 but it can be used to restore any cyclorama from photos got in your tourist trip (for example). The main principle of the program is in projecting photos on a 360x360 sphere and combining it together. If you select a correct field of view (FOV) for photo images, its combination become ideal for distant points. For moon cyclorama it is also possible to check a Sun and Earth positions on the sky and to compare the result with a LOLA data (provided by the the LRO moon satellite). -

Cup Disc Ratio Calculator
...It is important to accurately measure the cup to disc ratior (CDR) in glaucoma and ocular hypertensive patients. This computer software program which we call "CDRCalculator" allows you to rapidly measure the CDR of digital images of the optic disc. CDRCalculator loads and displays fundus images stored in PPT slides. All you need to do is mark the respective diameters of the cup and disc with a blue and green line respectively. The software automatically calculates and displays the vertical and horizontal CDR. We are currently evaluating the inter-observer & intra-observer variation using the CDRCalculator to measure the CDR. -

This program is able to detect circles in images. Therefor it uses the hough algorithm CvHoughCircles from the OpenCV library. You can define all parameters e.g. min-/max radius, min distance between circles, all kinds of thresholds, filters and so on.
