RemindMe is a small program which alerts you when one of your inputted events such as birthdays, assignments or deadlines, etc... has occurred. It has the ability to use custom alarms and can store as many events as you need. Can hide in the background so it does not get in the way.

Generate P90X and P90X3 calendars in iCal (.ics file) format for importing into Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, and others. Built-in support for generating calendars from a list of events in a text file. Simply select that option from the drop-down and when everything is set, click "Save" to begin the process of loading the text file. Each line will be a single event and each event will be scheduled daily. Enter "[SKIP]" for any days that no event should be scheduled. Use the "Modify" tab to insert a delay in an existing, downloaded iCal file at a specified date and duration. Just starting out with P90X and find yourself too sore to continue with the next week? Insert a delay of 7 days to take the week off and continue where you left off later. Going on vacation? Insert a delay. But don't be a vegetable!
