DDay.iCal is an iCal (RFC 5545) class library for .NET 2.0 and above, Silverlight. It aims at being as RFC 5545 compliant as possible, while targeting compatibility with popular calendaring applications, like Apple iCal, Outlook 2007, etc.

Generate P90X and P90X3 calendars in iCal (.ics file) format for importing into Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, and others. Built-in support for generating calendars from a list of events in a text file. Simply select that option from the drop-down and when everything is set, click "Save" to begin the process of loading the text file. Each line will be a single event and each event will be scheduled daily. Enter "[SKIP]" for any days that no event should be scheduled.
