    Fluid2D

Fluid2D is the Swiss army knife of 2D CFD

Fluid2D allows to study a wide variety of 2D flows. It is written entirely in Python. It is both a teaching code and a research code, capable of running from one core to thousands. Its numerics has been chosen to yield to as small dissipation as possible allowing to simulate easily high Reynolds flows, much higher than any of its concurrents. High performances are achieved by writting most of the operations as matrix-vector multiplications, handled by numpy that itself relies on the highly optimized BLAS.

    ospfdiscoverysnmp

    ospfdiscoverysnmp

OSPF network discovery script via SNMP.

...It allows the discovery of all OSPF network devices in the network, without connecting to each of them or knowing all their IP addresses. The user must provide the IP and SNMP community string of a single OSPF device in the network (for example, a device in the core) and the script searches for all other OSPF routers. Prior to running the script, the user should configure SNMPv2 community string on the device and also include the subnet between his PC and the router into the OSPF process, so he has IP connectivity to all other OSPF nodes. After providing necessary info and the OSPF info is gathered, the user has three choices: display the OSPF routers info on the screen, export the data to a file for Excel importing and generate the OSPF topology showing neighborships, router IDs and neighbor IPs. ...

    LWPR

    Locally Weighted Projection Regression (LWPR)

Locally Weighted Projection Regression (LWPR) is a fully incremental, online algorithm for non-linear function approximation in high dimensional spaces, capable of handling redundant and irrelevant input dimensions. At its core, it uses locally linear models, spanned by a small number of univariate regressions in selected directions in input space. A locally weighted variant of Partial Least Squares (PLS) is employed for doing the dimensionality reduction. Bika Open Source LIMS

    Bika Open Source LIMS

Web based Open Source laboratory information management system (LIMS)

Modern Open Source LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) · Professionally supported by experts The Bika code was migrated to https://github.com/bikalims Getting Started: https://github.com/bikalims/bika.lims/blob/main/README.md Modern Bika releases are built on the Senaite LIMS core, the LIMS that originated as a Bika fork. It is therefore as new and modern as Senaite, frequently upgraded and has many very useful add-ons. Bika expands on Senaite's lean design by adding modules for bulk sample importing, two tier Sample Point Locations, instrument result importers extra COA templates etc. while remaining within ISO 17025 guidelines Other differentiation is per lab discipline, e.g. branches for environmental management, health care, geochemistry snd cannabis. ...

    nevesim

NEVESIM is an event-driven neural simulation tool.

NEVESIM is a software package for event-driven simulation of networks of spiking neurons with a fast simulation core in C++, and a scripting user interface in the Python programming language. It supports simulation of heterogeneous networks with different types of neurons and synapses, and can be easily extended by the user with new neuron and synapse types. To enable heterogeneous networks and extensibility, NEVESIM is designed to decouple the simulation logic of communicating events (spikes) between the neurons at a network level from the implementation of the internal dynamics of individual neurons.

    GalGen Trader

    GalGen Trader

    A 2D Elite-style game written in Python 3.2.

...One of its most important features is the ability for extension modules to be added that can change just about any feature of the program; from new weapons and devices, to adventure modules that add new 'mini-plots' (similar to the Galactic Adventures DLC for Spore), to modules that replace parts of the core game. This functionality is supported by the game being written in Python 3, with its powerful support for including external code at run-time. The graphics will be a simple mixture of 2D raster and vector imagery with text-based menus, and the music will be highly reminiscent of the 80's 'chiptunes' that made up the soundtracks for games on the Amiga and Commodore 64.
