Open Source Monte Carlo Simulation platform for particle level simulation of light scattering from generated paper structures

...There were a few errors in the physical model of the concentration field of secreted chemokine surrounding each cell, together with a few coding errors. All have been corrected, the model refitted, and all simulations presented in the paper repeated. Results from this corrected model are on par with the published results. See pdf file for details.

The fluid simulator consists of a core library and a GUI. The core makes all calculations based on the paper "Stable Fluids" by Jos Stam. It is able to simulate fluid flow in abritrary time steps. Support for boundaries is included.
