The frameworks contain a selection of built-in real-time kernels (RTOS kernels), such as the cooperative QV kernel, the preemptive non-blocking QK kernel, and the unique preemptive, dual-mode (blocking/non-blocking) QXK kernel. Native QP ports and ready-to-use examples are provided for ARM Cortex-M (M0/M0+/M3/M4/M7/M33/...) as well as other CPUs. The QP RTEFs can also work with many traditional RTOSes and General-Purpose OSes, such as Linux and Windows.

Note: the project is basically dead, as I started rewriting it but I don't have much free time to work on it. It's basically a micro-kernel, but on top of that, instead of having multiple servers running as standalone processes, it has a modular kernel, so that each server is a module of this kernel. The micro-kernel contains only the scheduler, memory management and drivers for high-speed devices (like gigabit ethernet NICs or video cards).

AVOS is an advanced Real-Time 32-bit operating system that will work in any 80386 & above architecture pc's. AVOS employs a message passing scheme. The project has two main parts - The booting phase and kernel development. It is written in C and 8086 ASM.
