The program has various modes of viewing the contents of the midi file. The program allows you to search for midi files having certain characteristic on your hard drive (eg. tempo exceeds 200 bpm and number of pitchbends greater than 100).

nxtvepg is a decoder and browser for Nextview EPG - a subscription-free electronic TV program guide in the analog domain. Up to ~2012, Nextview was broadcasted in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Turkey, Belgium and France and covered all major TV networks. Due to shut-down of analog transmission Nextview is defunct now. nxtvepg can still be used as browser for XMLTV files and EPG grabber from teletext.

Tksolfege is an ear training program for learning to recognize chords, intervals, perform rhythm dictation, solfege dictation and singing solfege sequences. As you will discover, it is not an easy program to install and setup on your computer. You will also require to install the tcl/tk interpreter, fluidsynth, and at least one soundfont file. On Windows 11, you may also need to configure the operating system to show the file extension and the hidden directories. Runabc is a graphic user interface to the abcMIDI, abc2svg and abcm2ps packages which normally run in a command window. In addition it contains numerous tools for editing and processing and analyzing abc and midi files. Runabc has been included in the sourceforge abc music project.
