Route Generator is a tool to create or generate animated routes on a map and generate a movie from it. This movie can be imported in your video editing software (e.g. Pinnacle Studio), so you can add it to your own movies. The map can be imported from OpenStreetMap, Google Maps or GeoTIFF, TIFF files. The routes can be drawn manually or imported from a GPX file containing GPS tracks.

PlaTec is a 2D terrain generator that uses a simplified model of plate tectonics to produce realistic heightmaps in real time. The simulator starts with a flat fractal map and splits it randomly into plates. Plates are moved around the map. If continents of two plates collide, they fold creating mountain belts. If oceanic crust of one plate collides with another plate, subduction occurs resulting in coastal mountain ranges or island chains.

Allows to create Normal Maps for the use in Game Applications or 3D Editors like Blender3D. Supported are the generation of Geometry Normal Maps (from Hi-Res Meshes), Displacement Maps and merging Detail Maps.
