    CAVA

    CAVA

    Cross-platform Audio Visualizer

...Choose from several preset settings of incredible colors or create your own. CAVA is a bar spectrum audio viewer based on my own open source project with the same name. Take the audio from the device's microphone and visualize the amplitude of the different frequencies as bars on the screen. Each bar represents a certain bandwidth of low to high frequencies. The leftmost bar starts at 50 Hz and the rightmost bar ends at 10 kHz. Although the frequencies outside this spectrum are audible, they do not contribute much to the overall sound image. You can also adjust the number of bars.

    Mermaid.js to SVG Converter

    Mermaid.js to SVG Converter

Visualize the diagrams of your projects

While coding with AI assist, I noticed bigger projects need something more rigid as context so the AI coder doesn't stray away when I try to add new features. You know, to keeps its memory fresh and not change the stuff that already works. The trick is to ask the AI to write a diagram in Mermaid.js format that solidifies the structure of the project and then use that as context to keep the AI reminded at all times what the project is as a whole. This will prevent it from changing things...

    VR Neuroanatomy

    VR Neuroanatomy

Explore and dissect a complete brain model in VR

...Since 2016, the Marquette Visualization Lab has been utilizing a dataset of 3 and 7 Tesla MRI scans from the Structural Informatics Group at University of Washington to visualize the structures of the brain in their Cave, utilizing the Unity game engine and 10 stereoscopic 3D projectors. Most MRI scans are presented as a volumetric rendering, but this dataset is unique because it was fully labelled and parcellated, allowing lab users to not only view the structures of the brain, but also virtually dissect it in a large scale, collaborative virtual reality environment. ...
