    JAX

    JAX

    Composable transformations of Python+NumPy programs

...Compilation happens under the hood by default, with library calls getting just-in-time compiled and executed. But JAX also lets you just-in-time compile your own Python functions into XLA-optimized kernels using a one-function API, jit. Compilation and automatic differentiation can be composed arbitrarily, so you can express sophisticated algorithms and get maximal performance without leaving Python.

    AdaAutoDiff

    AdaAutoDiff

C++ Templates and Ada Package for Automatic Differentiation

Operators are overloaded so that a normal looking function definition provides access to not only evaluations of itself, but to evaluations of any of its analytic derivatives. Automatic differentiation means the user does not need to define the analytic expressions for all the various partial derivatives. It also means that those complex expressions are essentially calculated at compile time, and merely evaluated at runtime. First order derivatives only, forward accumulation. Choose "files" and either the "initial_submission" directory for the Ada version, or the other directory "cpp_AD" for the C++ version.

    ADiGator

    ADiGator

    A MATLAB Automatic Differentiation Tool

ADiGator is a source transformation via operator overloading tool for the automatic differentiation of mathematical functions written in MATLAB. Given a user written file, together with information on the inputs of said file, ADiGator uses forward mode automatic differentiation to generate a new file which contains the calculations required to compute the numeric derivatives of the original user function. Furthermore, these calculations are written entirely in the native MATLAB language, and thus the process may be repeated to obtain nth order derivative files. ...

    SWire

    SWire

A Stata plugin for connecting Stata with other software

...SWire can be interrogated on a local network and it accepts AJAX queries, thus enabling the development of web applications which provide the user with graphical user interfaces. For example, a web application running on a browser can interact with Stata on a local network; this application could be a data entry form or an automatic report. By providing a communication protocol, SWire makes it possible to connect Stata with many other applications for data exchange and basic interaction, thereby extending the capabilities of Stata. SWire requires Stata >=13.

    Belief Reviser

Belief Revision via PS-Merge under constraints belief merging operator

Belief revision is a central topic in knowledge representation and reasoning. It consists in incorporating a new belief, changing as few as possible of the original beliefs while preserving consistency. Revision always considers new evidence as a better belief. Such new evidence is usually represented in the form of a propositional formula which must be preserved after the revision. Here, the Δps (PS-Merge) belief merging operator is extended in order to consider constraints, and ...

    GADfit

Global nonlinear optimization with automatic differentiation

...Global fitting refers to fitting many datasets simultaneously with some parameters shared among the datasets. The fitting procedure is very fast and accurate thanks to the use of automatic differentiation. The model curves (fitting functions) can be of essentially arbitrary complexity. This includes any nonlinear combination of elementary and special functions, single and/or double integrals, and any control flow statement allowed by the programming language. PhEq_bootstrap

FDA's f2 computation with bootstrap technique

This program was developed as a help in establishing pharmaceutical equivalence by use of FDA f2 coefficient. It was designed to help with f2 computation in cases when intra- and inter-batch variability is large, namely RSD>10%. The use of statistical bootstrap technique allows to implement confidence interval (CI) into the f2 coefficients resulting in overcoming of their major drawback in the original metrics. The algorithm provides possible “worst case scenario” of f2 values, thus...

JBernstein: Exploration techniques for non-linear constraint checking

...Concerning performance, the tool enables to check all examples in the PVS Bernstein testsuite within a second, which can be an order of magnitude faster than some other tools such as QEPCAD or REDLOG. Although JBernstein uses double, it offers automatic error-estimation capabilities (experimental) so that the generated result is correct (the solver may return unknown when the error-estimate is too large)
