    Weights and Biases

Tool for visualizing and tracking your machine learning experiments

Use W&B to build better models faster. Track and visualize all the pieces of your machine learning pipeline, from datasets to production models. Quickly identify model regressions. Use W&B to visualize results in real time, all in a central dashboard. Focus on the interesting ML. Spend less time manually tracking results in spreadsheets and text files. Capture dataset versions with W&B Artifacts to identify how changing data affects your resulting models. Reproduce any model, with saved code, hyperparameters, launch commands, input data, and resulting model weights. Set wandb.config once at the beginning of your script to save your hyperparameters, input settings (like dataset name or model type), and any other independent variables for your experiments. This is useful for analyzing your experiments and reproducing your work in the future. Setting configs also allows you to visualize the relationships between features of your model architecture or data pipeline and model performance.

    igel

    igel

Machine learning tool that allows you to train and test models

A delightful machine learning tool that allows you to train/fit, test, and use models without writing code. The goal of the project is to provide machine learning for everyone, both technical and non-technical users. I sometimes needed a tool sometimes, which I could use to fast create a machine learning prototype. Whether to build some proof of concept, create a fast draft model to prove a point or use auto ML. I find myself often stuck writing boilerplate code and thinking too much about where to start. Therefore, I decided to create this tool. igel is built on top of other ML frameworks. It provides a simple way to use machine learning without writing a single line of code. Igel is highly customizable, but only if you want to. Igel does not force you to customize anything. Besides default values, igel can use auto-ml features to figure out a model that can work great with your data.

    pyntcloud

    pyntcloud

pyntcloud is a Python library for working with 3D point clouds

This page will introduce the general concept of point clouds and illustrate the capabilities of pyntcloud as a point cloud processing tool. Point clouds are one of the most relevant entities for representing three dimensional data these days, along with polygonal meshes (which are just a special case of point clouds with connectivity graph attached). In its simplest form, a point cloud is a set of points in a cartesian coordinate system. Accurate 3D point clouds can nowadays be (easily and cheaply) acquired from different sources. pyntcloud enables simple and interactive exploration of point cloud data, regardless of which sensor was used to generate it or what the use case is. Although it was built for being used on Jupyter Notebooks, the library is suitable for other kinds of uses. pyntcloud is composed of several modules (as independent as possible) that englobe common point cloud processing operations.

    torchtext

    torchtext

Data loaders and abstractions for text and NLP

We recommend Anaconda as a Python package management system. Please refer to pytorch.org for the details of PyTorch installation. LTS versions are distributed through a different channel than the other versioned releases. Alternatively, you might want to use the Moses tokenizer port in SacreMoses (split from NLTK). You have to install SacreMoses. To build torchtext from source, you need git, CMake and C++11 compiler such as g++. When building from source, make sure that you have the same C++ compiler as the one used to build PyTorch. A simple way is to build PyTorch from source and use the same environment to build torchtext. If you are using the nightly build of PyTorch, check out the environment it was built with conda (here) and pip (here). whisper-timestamped

Multilingual Automatic Speech Recognition with word-level timestamps

Multilingual Automatic Speech Recognition with word-level timestamps and confidence. Whisper is a set of multi-lingual, robust speech recognition models trained by OpenAI that achieve state-of-the-art results in many languages. Whisper models were trained to predict approximate timestamps on speech segments (most of the time with 1-second accuracy), but they cannot originally predict word timestamps. This repository proposes an implementation to predict word timestamps and provide a more accurate estimation of speech segments when transcribing with Whisper models. Besides, a confidence score is assigned to each word and each segment.

    Audiomentations

    Audiomentations

A Python library for audio data augmentation

A Python library for audio data augmentation. Inspired by albumentations. Useful for deep learning. Runs on CPU. Supports mono audio and multichannel audio. Can be integrated in training pipelines in e.g. Tensorflow/Keras or Pytorch. Has helped people get world-class results in Kaggle competitions. Is used by companies making next-generation audio products. Mix in another sound, e.g. a background noise. Useful if your original sound is clean and you want to simulate an environment where background noise is present. A folder of (background noise) sounds to be mixed in must be specified. These sounds should ideally be at least as long as the input sounds to be transformed. Otherwise, the background sound will be repeated, which may sound unnatural. Note that the gain of the added noise is relative to the amount of signal in the input. This implies that if the input is completely silent, no noise will be added.

    BetaML.jl

    BetaML.jl

    Beta Machine Learning Toolkit

The Beta Machine Learning Toolkit is a package including many algorithms and utilities to implement machine learning workflows in Julia, Python, R and any other language with a Julia binding. All models are implemented entirely in Julia and are hosted in the repository itself (i.e. they are not wrapper to third-party models). If your favorite option or model is missing, you can try to implement it yourself and open a pull request to share it (see the section Contribute below) or request its implementation. Thanks to its JIT compiler, Julia is indeed in the sweet spot where we can easily write models in a high-level language and still have them running efficiently.

    BitNet

    BitNet

BitNet: Scaling 1-bit Transformers for Large Language Models

BitNet is a machine learning research implementation that explores extremely low-precision neural network architectures designed to dramatically reduce the computational cost of large language models. The project implements the BitNet architecture described in research on scaling transformer models using extremely low-bit quantization techniques. In this approach, neural network weights are quantized to approximately one bit per parameter, allowing models to operate with far lower memory usage than traditional 16-bit or 32-bit neural networks. The architecture introduces specialized layers such as BitLinear, which replace standard linear projections in transformer networks with quantized operations. By limiting weight precision while maintaining efficient scaling and normalization strategies, the architecture aims to retain competitive performance while significantly reducing hardware requirements.

    Causal ML

    Causal ML

Uplift modeling and causal inference with machine learning algorithms

Causal ML is a Python package that provides a suite of uplift modeling and causal inference methods using machine learning algorithms based on recent research [1]. It provides a standard interface that allows users to estimate the Conditional Average Treatment Effect (CATE) or Individual Treatment Effect (ITE) from experimental or observational data. Essentially, it estimates the causal impact of intervention T on outcome Y for users with observed features X, without strong assumptions on the model form. An important lever to increase ROI in an advertising campaign is to target the ad to the set of customers who will have a favorable response in a given KPI such as engagement or sales. CATE identifies these customers by estimating the effect of the KPI from ad exposure at the individual level from A/B experiments or historical observational data.
