My small c++ Project is based on the MIT license. It uses openCV and fltk to crop/copy an image region from an image (first parameter of the executable) and stores the image (input field). Why this program? I search very long for a small image-viewer with cropping function. I get only Gimp to do that on Linux, and it loads and stores not fast enough. Given two trees of audio files, examine the metadata for each file to try and determine the differences in the content of the trees. This helps find duplicate songs (or non-duplicated songs) even if the music is stored in different formats. Parallel GENSENG is a parallel implementation of the GENSENG software for detecting copy number variations from high-throughput sequencing data. C++ classes and sample Qt application to read XTVFS and FAT32 file system images. The XTV file system is used on PVR, e.g. Sky+, to store recorded programmes. The class library can be used to copy unencrypted (i.e. free-to-air) programmes from a disk image. I wanted to extract a recorded program and I was not able to find an open-source tool that could, or even a programming library for accessing xtvfs, so I wrote one. I am calling this alpha as I only wrote it for myself and while it works...
